24/01/2015 - A CONDITION TO EXECUTE GOD’S WILL

And when He had removed him, He raised up for them David as king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after My own heart, who will do all My will. Acts 13.22

May the beginning of the verse be a message for all that were called to belong to the Body of Christ, and therefore, were make kings and priests before our God (Rv 5.10). The first lesson is that the Most High dethrones the bad king – he who does not obey His will. When the Lord gives us a mission, He considers it done, for He does not send anyone to battle without the necessary weapons to be successful.

God never chooses any person, but some people, after being placed in the throne, think that they are the owners of the people and do not need to respect the divine precepts. It happened so to Saul, who was humble and did not do campaigns or requests in order to be the sovereign one of Israel. In fact, he even tried to reject this responsibility, hiding in the middle of the baggage. However, unfortunately, he let himself be corrupted by power, losing even the fear for divine orders.

David was not raised by luck or by the lack of another who could fulfill the Lord’s plan. It is interesting to remember that when we think that there is no one else that serves God, He shows us that He has still seven thousand who have not bowed before Satan. The fact that he chooses us is of great relevance, and thus, whoever has proper judgment and does not want to prove the divine wrath, must obey Him and be prepared not to disappoint Him.

The respect that David had for godly things made him execute all the purposes of the Most High. He knew how to pass in the tests that were sent his way, and therefore, he was “found” by the Lord. God seeks for worshippers who worship Him in Spirit and in Truth, and if you do everything that He has ordered you, undoubtedly He will find you as well. Those who fulfill the commandments are strong candidates for greater works.

The Most High knows how to look for the person who will be sent to great missions. When He finds this person, He testifies about him. Never rebel against the will of the Lord, but be ready whenever you are proved by Him. Now, the trials that we go through are not hidden from the heavenly Father. He allows them to happen, for they are part of our learning process. God wants to see you strong enough to fulfill His plan.

The first condition in order to be used by the Lord is to be according to His heart. If He inclines you to believe in something and to desire to obey His will, be firm and do it until the end. Those who live complaining, thinking that the Father does not care for them will definitely not come to a happy ending. People who believe that the good divine help always guides them to the right places will never be forgotten.

God’s chosen ones have the responsibility to execute all His plans, and in order to do that, they will not lack anointing and power. Once you decide to obey to His commandments, be certain that you will be victorious and will never be disappointed. The Most High is faithful in fulfilling what He promised and gives victory to whoever believes in His words.
