The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of thousands; The Lord is among them as in Sinai, in the Holy Place. Psalms 68:17

Why should we fear the storm of illnesses, suffering and the problems that happened in your life, if the Almighty God is our Lord? Faith in Jesus gives you the assurance that the Most High can help you. In fact, those who seek for help in other sources will find out to be useless. However, as a saved person, you can count on the Lord for whatever is needed. Therefore, do not fear or be frightened when the forces of evil try to attack your life.

All of the promises and declarations of the Scriptures are directed at those who receive understanding from it. The problem is that many people do not consecrate themselves to the Lord as they should; because of that, in the moment of trials, they discover that they don’t have the faith to resist to the enemy’s attack. Just as the Lord declared, in order for us to be victorious we must be in Him and His Word in us (John 15:7) Believe and you will receive everything you ask and desire.

Most likely, in the days of David, many youngsters considered him to be conservative or too traditional, because he was always seeking the Lord. However, later on, when they heard of his victories, they must have changed their minds about him. To obtain everything you need, you don’t have to be His favorite. Those who seek Him will lack nothing. See how you have been living in relation to the Word of God and mend your ways. The Lord is faithful!

For David, the strength of the other nations that stood against him was irrelevant, because he learned that the chariots of the Almighty were billions and trillions – and uncountable amount. Elisha knew this, and when his worker became desperate with the number of soldiers and chariots sent by the King of Syria to arrest him, he prayed in order for God to show his apprentice the divine power that was surrounding and supporting them. Halleluiah!

The best part of all this, is that the Lord is within His chariots, guiding them and working so that they defeat the enemy every time they try to rise against the holy people. Those who have the Most High by their side will win every battle. Therefore, do not fear or get frightened with the enemy’s attack, because, without a doubt, such attack is nothing compared to the power of God that can rescue you.

Knowing these things helps us, because, if you act desperately during a battle, your strength will be small. Start praying now and tell the Lord everything. Even your fears should be told to the Lord; as well as the sins you committed and kept in your heart. Ask Him to forgive you and help you overcome them. After that, when you feel better, at peace and joyful, rebuke the enemy that is attacking you.

Those who are of Jesus receive the power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them (Acts 1:8), therefore, they must never fear the threats of the enemy and remain steadfast in faith, assuming their position in Christ  in order to defeat the forces of evil. Use the billions and trillions of indestructible chariots which God has given you access to. Don’t waste these forces!
