Lying lips are abomination to the Lord, but they that deal truly are his delight.  Proverbs 12:22

There is no reason for someone to lie, but some are deceived by the devil and lie.  Never use fraud; otherwise you will be disqualified for the great works God has prepared for you to carry out, which will be rewarding for all eternity.  Fraud comes from the devil; so if you obey him in this, no matter how insignificant, you will become his servant.

He who does not honor the Word they were given lies before God; therefore his prayer will not only not be accepted, but also, when praying the words, even though said with the best of intentions, love and consideration, will be repugnant to the ears of the Lord. Always be sincere, and if you must suffer loss for being authentic, it will be well worthwhile.  Know that the worst thing can happen to you is to be subjected to the enemy.

The one who is indebted to truth assumes to be a child of the devil and is consequently excluded from divine presence.  Even though a servant of God will have to go through great moments of tribulation, he should never lie, for it is better to lose something very valuable than to lose salvation.  All attention and care should be given to this fact, for it is certain that the devil will try to convince you that a little lie can be of help at times.  It does help, but it helps to take you to perdition.

The Christian must learn that he is not like unbelievers; so he should not become involved with anything that can separate him from the Father, even for a second, for during this brief period he can suffer a serious attack from the enemy and lose his life.  The scars that afflict a servant of God for heeding the enemy can last forever.  Isn’t this what happened to Ananias and Sapphira when they consciously lied to the Holy Spirit?

The saved does not have to corrupt or be corrupted, or allow to be taken by the demon who destroys the public trust in politicians, for example, because by acting this way he can be subjected to Satan. Certainly the devil will be harsh and cruel against this person who, on not repenting, will lose salvation.  Repentance for theft involves returning fourfold what was robbed as happened to Zacchaeus, or did Jesus say in to that man (Luke 19) that this would not be necessary?

God takes pleasure in seeing his children refusing to take part in corruption, prostitution or other practices of the devil.  Those that belong to the Lord always practice what is written, even if this costs them some pleasure or some value they judge to be helpful to them.   What they most like and want is to obey the Father always.  Is this true in your life, or do you sometimes allow yourself to be taken by some temptation?  Be careful!

Be God’s delight, a servant who never dishonors the Master, carries out faithfully the divine will and does not stumble on the obstacles placed by the devil as if they were advantageous.  God’s eyes are always alert to what happens to you and on seeing that you take the attitude of one who fears Him, He delights in your ways.  So be faithful!

In Christ, with love,

Beloved Lord!  Why do men adopt lies as their masters?  By refusing to say the truth, he becomes a servant of the demon and paves the way for the spirit of error to attack and try to destroy him.

It is far better to seek to be pleasing to You and pray at all times, confessing the Truth and enjoying your protecting and saving presence.  It is good to know we can walk in this dangerous world, as if evil did not exist, and to be loved by You.

Help us to act faithfully, always walking in Your paths!  We know that Jesus is the Truth and when we declare this we make ourselves His children.  Thank You for giving us this opportunity.
