That they admonish the young women to love their husbands, to love their children. Titus 2.4

God’s love does not only operate so that man may be saved, but also so that he may live well. The Lord cares about our families and the other areas of our lives. Therefore, no Christian should accept to live in a wrongful way, since our Father guarantees that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory, by Jesus Christ (Ph 4.19). It does not matter what has happened to you in the past, everything has been made new through your salvation.

Do not be afraid of thinking and acting in the way that the Scriptures declare about you. If you let the Spirit of God conduct you through the Word, no good will be hidden from you, for in truth, when the Lord reveals something, He gives you the blessing. Follow the Biblical formula and enjoy the best in life. The faith in Jesus gives you access to everything that the Word declares to be yours.

Among the blessings that we must not ignore is marriage. Those who take too long to get married do not know how much they sadden the Father’s heart, for His perfect heart planned this experience for man’s accomplishment. There is nothing sinful in marriage, considering that it follows nature. However, it is not good to choose your other half because of sensuality or other similar aspects, for everything must be holy from the beginning to the end, in order for God to bless.

The Lord orders that the old women may be serious in their way of living, as it is fitting for the saints, that they should not be slanderers nor given to much wine but masters in doing good, in order to teach the younger women to be wise and love their husbands and children, being moderate and good housewives, so that the Word of God may not be blasphemed. There is no exception for any commandment.

The lack of prudence in the marital life leads the people to have all kinds of problems. The high rate of divorce in our days proves how the Word has not been obeyed. Thus, the demon is making many saved people to act like the lost. These people will have serious problems whenever Jesus returns. See what will happen with those who do not observe the Biblical prohibitions (1 Co 6.9, 10; Rev 21.8).

We see violence and disrespect for one another everywhere. This is undoubtedly linked to the way that people teach their children. Wherever there is no respect for the divine precepts, there are no respectful citizens who are concerning with other peoples goods and families. Since the children are a portrait of their parents, you can see the kind of discipline in their homes. Whoever is taught to respect the Lord respects his neighbor.

Blessed is he who understands that every revelation in the Scriptures is a commandment to be fulfilled. This verse teaches what we must practice at all times, or certainly, we will see many sad things happening with our posterity. What will we tell the Lord when, in the Last Day, we have to be accountable for our acts?
