who, contrary to hope, in hope believed, so that he became the father of many nations, according to what was spoken, “So shall your descendants be.  Romans 4:18

When God appoints a person to do something, they can consider themselves authorized to work what He has commanded.  When He gives us a mission, the Most High has already prepared all that we need to fulfill it, by giving us the power to do that which is necessary. Stay alert: when you are given a divine message, don’t miss the opportunity. Without a doubt, God is your Strength, as well as your Pastor and Lord. 

The Almighty chose Abraham, His friend, to be father of many nations (Genesis 17:4). If we do what Jesus teaches, we will also be called friends of God, who have an alliance with Him and to whom He will assign a mission to be accomplished. For you to be assigned by the Lord for an important work you have to be His friend. Be certain that the Father will not forget to include you in His beautiful work. 

Abraham believed in the Most High, and it was accounted to him for righteousness (Romans 4:22). Once he met the conditions to be inserted as a worker in mankind´s redemption, the patriarch was called for a work that will have positive implications in his favor for all eternity. God did a miracle in his life when there was no hope. Likewise, all those who fit in the divine recommendations, will receive a special task. 

If Abraham had come out from the presence of the Lord, then the blessing would not take place in his life. Can’t this be the reason why so many people don’t receive the completion of the good work the Father has begun in their life? If you are led away by the enemy and walk out of the divine presence, you will not reach the place the Lord has determined, and the loss will be exclusively yours. 

God gave Abraham strength so that he could be father at 100 and for his woman to give birth to the child of the promise at 90. God´s power and blessing was so great that, after Sarah died, Abraham got married again with Keturah, and had six children with her. What the Most High does in your life lasts forever, according to your purpose and covenant with Him. Therefore, be faithful like He is faithful. 

It does not matter if your mind doesn’t work perfectly because of your age or another factor; one of the Lord´s specialties is to give life once again. Just like He calls into existence the things that are not, why don’t you do the same? Jesus said that those who believed in Him would also do the works that He did (John 14:12). What God reveals brings the power to make the promise come to fruition. 

The Lord calls things which do not exist as though they did, even before they are manifested (Romans 4:17). When you pray for a problem or an unsolvable situation, don’t give up. After the prayer, consider that which you prayed for as done, as if you could see it or touch it. God is faithful and fulfills that which He promises.
