If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself. 2Timothy 2.13

The same things are said about the Lord God must be said about each of his children. He guarantees that he will not deny himself. So be faithful regarding that which he established for you, because your election has a reason that is much greater than what you can see. The enemy will tempt you, trying to make you believe that God is a liar concerning the decree he made about you. When will you put the word he sent you into action?

When you were accepted into God’s family, you became part of the body of Christ, and so you should not nurture any weaknesses that have power over unbelievers, nor any flaws or memories from your old life. Because you were recreated in Jesus, the old things have passed away, and you are no longer subject to evil spirits from hell. You are now a new creation (2Corinthians 5.17a), so you can develop your salvation towards spiritual maturity.

One of the goals you must strive for is happiness. For that, do everything you can in order to be faithful. Under no circumstance the Lord will be unfaithful, because he cannot deny himself; and you must be like him. Even if you struggle with the idea of God having allowed you to endure hardship, a painful trial, without (apparently) doing anything for you, you must remain faithful, because one day all things will be revealed.

How many times did you refrain from doing God’s will, but he kept his promises? Therefore, do not give in to the temptation of thinking that he made some sort of mistake regarding your life, because that is impossible. If you have gone through difficult situations in your life, you can be sure that it was necessary that you lived them, so that you could benefit from these trials, becoming more obedient and wiser. So, go ahead and take possession of the prize that awaits you.

During the takeover of Canaan, the battle was not equally difficult for all tribes. But the Most High gave victory to all of them. Therefore, never allow the devil make you resent the Lord, thinking that he was not sufficiently faithful. The truth is that our Father will never be unfaithful or absent (Deuteronomy 7.9). In your battles, he will always stand by your side to bring you victory. Rest assured that he will not leave you nor forsake you (Joshua 1.5).

Now is the time to put his decree concerning your life into action! The Lord had more than enough reasons when he called you to be part of his team. Now he just needs you to be faithful to the mission he has entrusted you with, and he will make your victory complete. God has not called you to live as a defeated person; he has called you to be successful. With Christ on the wheel, there will always be triumph!

In Christ, with love,
