So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham. Galatians 3:9

Faith was of great help to mankind, for, while the Law was in force, no one could fully fulfill it, and all were under a curse. With the coming of Jesus, grace, truth and faith were brought. Today, the preaching of the Word has led multitudes to receive deliverance from their evils, healing of diseases, and solution to their problems. This work began to be carried out by Christ and must be continued by us.

One day Abraham heard God´s voice, answered it, and it was accounted to him as righteousness (Genesis 15:6). When we also pay attention to this voice, which speaks softly to our spirit, leading us to please the Lord, this is also accounted to us as an act of righteousness. Until faith came into action, the Law operated on the children of Israel. Those who did not keep the commandments were under a curse, and this proved that something better was necessary. That is why Jesus brought us the faith.

He who is of faith is known to God as Abraham´s son. This means that the promises made to this servant concern all who believe in Jesus. As we listen to the heavenly Father through His Word, we are assured that our promises in Him belong to us. So we just need to claim our rights and soon we will see them fulfilled. Salvation is given to us by faith.

In declaring to Abraham that in him all people would be blessed, God was declaring the Gospel to his servant. Then, when Christ began to preach the Good News, He said the time was fulfilled. In other words, with the arrival of faith, the devil could no longer oppress people as he did.

The Son of God taught: Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand (Matthew 4:17). It is within the reach of those who believe. People learned that they should receive faith and then believe the Scriptures. When this occurred, with a simple order, the centurion’s servant, was healed of paralysis and a terrible torment (Matthew 8: 5-10). Besides this miracle and many other wonders made by the Savior, the blind started to see, the paralytics started to walk, the lepers were clean, the deaf were healed, and the demons were cast out.

Those who are going through any sort of suffering must put their trust in the Word, repent of their sins and convert to Christ. This way, the times of refreshing from the Lord will arrive. The perfect Law – the Gospel – has not been revoked. On the contrary, he who gives ear to the Lord is instantly delivered from afflictions.

Abraham believed and headed to the land that would be shown to him. He sought the city whose Maker and Builder is God (Hebrews 11:10). In his walk, this servant never met this place, but he never failed to believe that one day he would find it. Likewise, place your trust in what the Lord promises through the Word. Sooner than you think, He will show you that your faith in Him was not in vain. You will get to where you have been told!

In Christ with love,

Oh God! Four thousand years ago, You revealed yourself to a man who would become our father in the faith. As children of Abraham, we walk and live by faith. By fulfilling Your ordinances, we have become Your heirs and joint heirs with Jesus.

We are no longer under the curse, but under Your mighty hand, which turns us into great workers of Your righteousness, enabling us to deliver from the most various and perverse works of hell all those that seek us and believe in You.

We are free to preach the message of faith. Wherever we take it, Your power will act, giving us the ability to do the same works done by Christ. It is beautiful to live in these days of great operations of Your power. To You be the honor and  glory!
