That I may come to you with joy by the will of God, and may be refreshed together with you. Romans 15.32

Whoever serves the Lord must put their desires, temptations, and any other problems before Him. Some think that since bad intentions are common in human beings, they are normal things in life. However, behind these things, there is the enemy of our soul. Whoever accepts them becomes an enemy of God. Therefore, if you allow these impurities to enter your heart, you will be in a difficult situation.

When you feel that something is good for you, put it on the altar before God, so that He might show you if it comes from Him or the devil. Without the Lord’s green light, you will certainly have great problems. The person that gets involved with evil things loses his peace, is oppressed by evil, and may start having difficulties in all areas of life.

If this person walks according to the Father’s will, he will see that He prepared everything that is necessary to accomplish something and be successful. It is easy to be guided by the Most High: you only need to pay attention to the message that is preached or in what you read in the Bible. He who walks in the light will never have any condemnation (Rm 8.1).

Seek the joy of the Lord (Ne 8.10) and as you initiate any project, whether in a personal area or in God’s work, do it with joy and with gratitude to the Father. It is good to meet people with the joy that God has given you, for if you do so, the enemy will not be able to deceive you. When your heart is cheerful, ask for what the Lord has taught that is His will, and it will be done to you.

Whenever we visit a place we must always be ready to enjoy one another’s presence. We should not go to hurt someone or to harm a person in any way. After all, as members of the Body of Christ, we have the power to bind and unbind whatever is necessary here in this world (Mt 16.19). Thus, we will always be a blessing to all people.

Never forget that the Lord Jesus made you a carrier of the Good News of the Kingdom of God, and so that His mission would be complete, He gave you power to set free all people that are kept captive by evil spirits. These beings lead to sin and bring diseases and sufferings to people who are in their hands. Yet the saved will always be used to free those who are oppressed by the devil.

In whatever environment that we may be, we must, in first place, carry the benefits of the Gospel. After we do so, we may have fun with our friends and brethren. Our enjoyment is to transmit the gifts that we have received from the heavenly Father, and so we will be well received. God is our Source of love, peace, and power.
