11/05/2018 - CHANGING DIRECTIONS

After the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, it came to pass that the LORD spoke to Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ assistant, saying. Joshua 1.1

It is not good to worship those that God has lifted up to do His work in some place, for in truth, it is He that works, and man is just an instrument for the working of  the power of the Lord.  The chosen one must prepare and learn to relate to the Most High, because when the problems arrive, one prayer will be sufficient and soon the directions will come as to how to proceed. 

When a servant goes to Heaven, the Almighty already has another to replace the first.  The divine principle is that the second will do more than the first which he succeeded.  It was that way with Jesus, who said to his disciples before leaving: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. (John 14:12). Although they had the best seminary of all times, receiving teachings from the Master, they should keep vigil and pray. 

We must cry out to God to lift up and prepare men who are committed to the Word, with no interest other than to carry out this holy mission, leading the lost to behave and act in a special and complete way as they face the marvels and wonders of the Lord.  Certainly it is not right to be unprepared for each opportunity presented to us for ministry.  Undoubtedly, God expects that we represent Him like Christ did in His days.  This way, He will be glorified in the Son. 

For Him to intervene and to move, our obedience to the Lord is essential.  From one hour to the next, His true servants will continue to manifest His power and will work even greater things than He did. Carrying out this task is the responsibility of the Heavenly Father, but we are the instruments.  It is worth remembering that the Almighty only calls up those who are free from sin and desirous of being used.

The manner by which God worked through Moses in Egypt was never before carried out by anyone, just like Joshua´s feat when he conquered the land of Canaan.  Likewise, the Lord will act and move through His servants today, so that they excel in the fulfillment of His purpose, for the imminence of the coming of Jesus, is leaving the devil acting desperately.  It is urgent that more be done in favor of the lost and the saved. 

God still speaks to those who listen to Him.  Those who answer to His voice are amazed with the tremendous acts of righteousness that He seeks to carry out through them.  So being, they become the answer to prayer of those people who often pray saying that if there is a God that He should come to their rescue.  There is no way not to believe in the Almighty; after all, the power to fulfill and carry out the work is found in His words.  What do you say?

The Almighty took Moses to Heaven, but chose Joshua to continue the work.  The Father will always have somebody to carry out the work to be done.  This one must be an obedient and dedicated servant, to please God in everything. When his time is up, somebody else will be capable and willing to continue His work.
