My soul cleaves to the dust; Revive me according to Your word. Psalm 119.25

The Lord Jesus’ death and resurrection gave us complete victory over the devil and his works. However, because we are not taught or we don’t act the right way, the enemy has managed to keep many of us trapped in his lies. The result of that is that we see God’s children in need, which should not happen, since, in the Name of Jesus, all who are saved can get rid of evil operations.

Some did not watch and fell into sin. Thereby, they saw their strength weaken, while being taken over by problems, diseases and other evil from the enemy. Yet, instead of turning to our Father, who is rich in forgiveness, they have sunk in error. What’s worse is that these people know that if they remain in Satan’s hands, their destiny will be the eternal death. So what can be done for them? The answer is: whatever God tells us.

You need to seek help from the Lord. We cannot let the enemy destroy those who one day were saved. The Almighty recreated them to be kings and priests on earth (Rev. 5:10), but because they have fallen into hell’s traps, went down to dust – the lowest position they could have reached. Now, “licking the dust” like a snake, these people know that their future is eternal perdition and, unless they repent, they will be lost forever.

The psalmist experienced the suffering of those who go down to dust, and therefore did what was right before God: asked to be vivified, in other words, that life would be given to him once more. However, he understood that it would not come as magic, but according to the Word. The greatest help we can give someone who falls into sin is to seek a word from the Almighty; otherwise they will continue to walk towards perdition.

When the Word is revealed, we know what to do. That’s what has to happen to those who have fallen, since any other help, spiritually speaking, will not get the person out of the enemy’s clutches. Those in dust – the worst position in which a person can find themselves – need to hear the ordinance that the Lord made about them. Repeat religious messages may not help them, but a word from God will raise them.

Intercession is good, but just pray to the Father to have mercy of the person, to help them to get up and not let them die in sin, will not solve the problem. Our prayer must be directed by the Holy Spirit, not being just a normal rehearsal of stories. If we receive a word from God, we can do a lot for those who have fallen, therefore, when the person feels the anointing in the message, the person will stand again.

In the love of Christ,
