Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not Lamentations 3.22

Our mistakes could lead the Most High, who is a Consuming Fire, to destroy us completely, if it were not for His mercies. Therefore, we must learn what He can do in our favor, because then, when the evil one whispers in our ears that we are lost; we will simply laugh at him and will be more steadfast in our faith. However, the Lord cannot stand a life that is in the hands of sin and denies the fact that they are living in such a way.

Since You are our Creator, it is as if this were a provocation to Your holy eyes. Even though you may think you are right, do not give yourself to the enemy. Now, if God allowed you to go through such a trial, He has a great reward to give you if you are faithful to Him. The Law of the Lord demands that the sinner receives the punishment for his mistake, for God is not mocked (Gal 6.7).

The divine mercies speak in our favor, protect us from being caught by the enemy, and do not allow God to turn His back on us. Besides, they lead us to enjoy His holy nature, considering that we recognize our mistake and make things right with Him. His mercies are crucial, for if the Most High entered in judgment against someone, this person would inevitably be consumed. We have a lot to thank the Father about His grace, isn’t it true?

Notice that the Word affirms that His mercies are the reason why we are not consumed. Hold on to this Word so that you may know what to answer when the evil one comes to persuade you that God will destroy you because of a small or big mistake you have made. Therefore, do not be led by an idea that contradicts Scriptures. Even if you may have exaggerated, by His grace, God will answer your request for forgiveness and will make you stand again before Him.

If it were not for the Lord’s mercies in the Great Day, who would be able to stand before the holy God? There is no way how we can justify even one sinful action. However, if you have fallen in any kind of transgression, do not lose your chance to make things right with the Most High and obtain forgiveness now. What is good is that the divine favors are renewed every morning. Enjoy the Lord’s goodness.

Never despise the divine help, for with it, you can have a new beginning whenever you need it. It is better never to commit a mistake, but if you have committed one, confess it all. Although you may have gone far in the madness of sin, you must know that you cannot “spend” all the divine grace, for it is unending. At every new day, the Father surprises us with the renewal of His mercies. God is and acts beyond what we could ever think.

Do not abuse of the Lord’s grace, for when a sin is intentional, it is very difficult to obtain deliverance. Put an end to the temptations, confessing your weaknesses and receiving forgiveness. Once you receive His favor, be grateful. You demonstrate your gratitude walking in a worthy manner of the heavenly calling. Therefore, be a blessing for humanity.

In Christ, with love,

Compassionate Lord! Thank You for Your favor, which makes us useful and prosperous people at Your service. We are grateful that You have loved us and still loves us in such an amazing way. If it were not for Your mercies, Lord, what would be of us?

We have nothing to contribute to the construction of Your Kingdom. Only Your grace and Your love can help us to fulfill Your plan, to love You and respect You. In fact, all we have done comes from this compassion given to us.

If Your mercies were finite, we would not be today in Your presence. Since they are renewed every morning, we can learn to achieve wise hearts. Thank You, for we are definitely not going to be consumed, but we will be honored by You!
