A prudent servant will rule over a disgraceful son and will share the inheritance as one of the family. Proverbs 17:2

When a son doesn’t understand his place in the family, his parents feel ashamed. Nobody should let themselves be used by the devil, because from everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded (Luke 12:48). Now, the son who does not fulfill the commandment does not honor his father. However, a servant´s prudence makes him subdue temptation in the heart of the unworthy son. Therefore, such servant will be counted amongst the brethren in the division of the inheritance. Many servants will take part of the inheritance of those who belong in the ministry.

There are people who do not care with the status they hold regarding the ministry of the Gospel they were called for and consequently they fall into transgression. The church member who does not take part in the ministry but is prudent, instead of spreading the bad news, he or she must enter into prayer and take over that temptation that´s in the heart of the worker who has transgressed. His wisdom rejoices our Father´s heart, and for that he will be rewarded just like those who also serve the ministry with wisdom.

The behavior of a person indicates what he or she will have in life; after all, the good doors are not opened by any chance whatsoever. All that men does with love for God will have His reward. Those who give in to gossips, who let themselves be carried away by the devils lies, who are always murmuring, who steal hours of consecration to watch sinful movies and do not respect the divine Word surely do not know how much they will miss out on for allowing the malign to fool them.

Prudence is a sublime virtue, and those who carry it out as if it were a master of their lives will be placed as partakers of eternal happiness. It is shameful for a man or a woman to let he or she be used by the devil; besides, the dishonest people will prove the wrath and the grudge of the devil, which leads them to act wrongly. But those who are prudent will always have the divine approval in their plans and because of that they will have many opportunities to accomplish good deeds. They will always be blessed.

The Lord knows why he placed you where you are right now. He needs you as His servant in the mission you were entrusted with. Make and effort, be firm, prudent, truthful and always ready for every good work, for God knows your heart and not only what your mouth speaks out. If you want to become a winner, strive to be prudent in all things. Even in the acts of faith prudence must be observed; thus, you will increase your eternal inheritance.

Do not frustrate the divine plan for your life. If you are prudent, then God will make the inheritance of the sons be shared with you. The boundary lines have fallen for me in  pleasant places (Psalm 16:6), and when your journey has come to an end, you will see that it was well worth being a prudent servant.

In Christ, with Love,
