Children’s children are the crown of old men, And the glory of children is their father.  Proverbs 17:6

Those who live only for pleasure can be hurting their parents and are not honoring the Word of God, who warns us that the children are heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3). It´s good to have this verse in mind, because we live in a time where the devil is causing many nations to approve the abortion law, and thus, little babies are ripped from the maternal womb and left to die in a garbage can. This barbarity, although it has legal consent, is a sin.

Even the infertile couples should pray to be healed of this problem, for the Lord turns the infertile into a joyful mother of children (Psalm 113:9). However, because of a working career, there are women that sacrifice the blessing of being a mother for a little bit more money or a professional fulfillment. Now, most definitely, they will be accountable with what they did to the ability of giving God their heritage. It is better to obey than to sacrifice (1 Samuel 15:22).

When the Most High healed the women in Abimelech´s house, through the prayer of Abraham, king Gerar proved that he had pleasure in seeing the barren women turn into happy mothers. Abraham´s wife, Sarah, was also healed by the Omnipotent from her infertility when she was 90 years old, and following that, Rebecca, Isaac´s wife; Rachel, Jacob´s wife; Hannah, the mother of Samuel and so many other women.

For people who advocate the view that each one has the right to do what they want to their own body, it is good to remember that Onan, son of Judah, was killed by the Lord for such practice (Gen 38:8-11). Could it be that God did that only to that man, but He will let the other people do just that or even other things? The Bible warns that there is no partiality with God (Romans 2:11), not only to do good but also to apply His righteousness. Be careful!

The crown of those who grow old are their grandchildren, therefore, it is not good to leave your parents without this reward, and the parents are the glory of the children (Proverbs 17:6). This truth was determined in the beginning of creation and it will be like that forever. Thus, those who have not paid attention to what the celestial Father says must change their behavior, for on the Day of Judgment, any allegation against the Truth will be proved false and evil.

Struggle with all your strength to fulfill divine will, and thus, you will always be honored. Those who honor the Most High and obey His orders, whenever they need, they will see that He does not forget what they have done. Therefore, never let yourself be used to bring loss to the divine plan, for certainly, God will give each one according to their works.

Do not allow your vanity to offend the Almighty. Sex has several purposes in wedding – physical, mental and spiritual – , but the greatest one of them is procreation like the Lord intended. So, watch out because the devil will do all he can to make you stumble in this area. Fulfill the commandments and be loved by the celestial Father. (Jo 14.21).

In Christ, with love,

Oh God! May none of the readers ever disobey Your precepts, for, if they are carefully followed, You will be pleased. You have a plan for mankind, and philosophy cannot prevent those that believe in You to honor You and fulfill Your will.

Look at the couples who received the news that they are not able to have children. For men things may be impossible, but for You all things are possible. We cry out for the healing of those that want to fulfill Your plan.

Just like you answered those in the past that sought You; today You will also answer those that seek You with faith and sincerity. May there be not one like Onan, but many like Isaac, who prayed constantly for his wife when he discovered that she was barren. Thank You and amen!
