08/05/2015 - DECISIONS THAT BRING SUFFERING

How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? For scorners delight in their scorning, and fools hate knowledge. Proverbs 1.22

Why do some love stupidity, the lack of wisdom, and are satisfied with it? The decision of loving foolishness will make a person suffer much, for it will resound all over his life. Those who act in such a way may be doing so because of the violence that they suffered, for being rejected by their family, or because people told them that they were someone inferior or problematic. But the good news is that there is healing in the Word of God.

Now, we reap everything that we sow in this life. Sometimes, the problem may be spiritual, and as it happened with the disturbed boy in Mark 9, the cause of evil may be in the parents or in one of them. No one must believe that being silent about wrong attitudes that they have committed will make them guiltless. Now, any sin is an open wound in the spiritual world, which will only be closed with confession and repentance.

Foolishness is an immense operation of the enemy in the lives of those who do not pay attention to the words of the Lord in the Scriptures. The lack of wisdom makes the parents talk to their children with offensive words, calling names and curses; therefore, they are raised in a hostile environment. Now, those who are not loved may develop a bad personality, which may lead him to be oppressed by the evil one in many ways.

The scorners do not know that since they love sarcasm, they will be victims of this demonic action. There is nothing better than complimenting the good side of people, even though it apparently does not exist. It does not matter if something is considered a flaw in someone; after all, he is not guilty of being born in such a way, or having acquired the problem in an accident. What is correct is to help everyone to have a high self-esteem in any situation.

Why does someone have to scorn another, because of a flaw, lack of wisdom, or precipitated attitudes? The glory of those who think themselves perfect must be to contribute for everyone to live well. This kind of “joke” may cause irreversible traumas in many people. The truth is that those who really belong to God never address their neighbor with scorn. Only those under the direction of the demon act in such a way.

Terrible madness happens with those who abhor knowledge. Now the Lord shows everyone what is right, but the fools do not care at all about what He says. Now the Most High would never be a spoiler who, out of pure evil, would induce someone to let go of what He has prepared for those who love Him. To despise knowledge means to despise life and let the forces of evil oppress you.

What is correct is to love God, obeying all His directions, and in such a way, to enjoy and lead others to enjoy the blessings that Jesus conquered for those who believe in Him. Those who, in any way, help in the propagation of the Gospel, will be wise, and therefore, will shine like the stars forever.

In Christ, with love,

Wise God! We do not want to love stupidity or the forms of oppression that the devil uses to humiliate humans. Therefore, we want to get closer to You and receive from Your hands the necessary wisdom to behave like true children that please You.

Help us to plant Your love and escape from the evil operations that lead so many people to act as fools. Foolishness does not belong to us, but only Your wisdom. With it, there is no way of being considered bad servants, for whatever we do will be for Your glory.

Free us from scorn, for we do not want to be victims of this evil operation. Help those who have a physical problem, or a personality problem, to understand Your Word. We do not wish to abhor knowledge, but to love You more and more. Help us to honor You in everything.
