Establish Your word to Your servant, who is devoted to fearing You. Psalm 119.38

There are two kinds of attitudes towards the Lord that affect us in opposite ways. We may be inclined to learn His will or we may not care about it. Our way of life shows which of these attitudes we follow. However, we must all understand that we will be accountable for what we did and didn’t do after what Jesus provided us through His death. It is mankind’s obligation to seek to understand God’s gift and fulfill it completely.

Those who think they are smart enough not to learn God’s purpose do not know that they are deceiving themselves, and not the Lord. There will come a day when they will face some serious problem, and then, they will not have faith to cry out to the Most High. Afterwards, they will come to the conclusion that they should have sought Him in the days of their youth, and so, avoided many problems.

The prudent always keep their lamps filled with oil. Thus, whenever the Master visits them, they will be able to enter the party. However, those who only look for the Lord in the pain do not always get His help. It is necessary to require the promises, because only those who do so find them. Prudence is a virtue that must be present in the lives of those who desire to be victorious in all areas. The lack of prudence attracts the devil and all his evil.

In the Bible, you will find a large number of promises that will supply your needs and opportunities, and if you examine them, you will lack nothing. Now, he who does not have a reason to discover the Truth will never know it, and therefore, will always be with problems. It is possible to identify those who fear the Lord, for they are those who enjoy of what is promised in the Word. Those who do not live the will of God abdicate from what is best in life.

Therefore, do this: be aware of what is said about you and seek for this confirmation. If you act in such a way, you will be fulfilled in the faith, helping yourself and others. When you validate these promises that concern you, it is the same as registering the contract of when you buy a house. If someone demands these promises, you will not lose them.

Now, if you seek God’s promises but do not obey the conditions for their fulfillment, you will not be successful, for the Bible will be like a closed book for you. Whoever rebels against the divine purposes will do great harm to themselves, and whenever they pray, they will not be attended. The Lord honors those who honor Him – those who love Him with all their heart, all their soul, and all their strength.

Those who love God always have Him operating in their favor, and even if a situation may seem impossible, they can cry out to Him and He will have something prepared for them. However, whenever those who do not love Him pray for deliverance against an attack from hell, they will not be answered. Even if they cry out intensely, they will be treated in the same way as they treated the Holy Spirit.
