14/05/2016 - FORBIDDEN TO CALL UPON GOD

But to the wicked God says: “What right have you to declare My statutes,Or take My covenant in your mouth, [...]?  Psalm 50:16

Those who know the Lord but disregard His commandments, don’t respect His divine precepts and who don’t repent of this stupid attitude are called wicked. In truth, they have fallen for the talk of the enemy, and no matter how hard they strive, if they don’t repent, they will not be delivered from the hands of the enemy. The sad thing is that this person will suffer a lot, and when they need deliverance, they will not have enough faith to obtain it. 

Wickedness is the worst thing that can happen to a person, for this way, they are separated from God and come closer to the devil; even if they insist saying they are Christians. Then, they see that the revelations have stopped and night has come upon their life; thus, the demon acts in all areas of their life. Always subject yourself to what the Scriptures teach, for it is the Truth. Thus, you will never be ashamed or defeated in the battles of faith. 

To be impious is very serious. Without a doubt, there are many people who will be confused on the Day of Judgment, for they were taught that once saved they would be forever saved, thus allowing the enemy to fill their heart with all filthiness, to the point of not remembering to ask for deliverance to the Lord. The worst condition of a person happens when the demon comes back to live in them with seven other spirits more wicked than himself (Matthew 12:43-45). 

To live in sin is much more dangerous than people think. Those who act this way are only seeking their own interest, which have nothing to do with God´s plans. So, when their last day comes, they will see they are forever lost because of a foolish act. The error begins with an “innocent” attitude – a gaze, a hoax, a slanderous talk – and when this person wakes up, most of the time, it is too late. 

The Lord considers an insult the fact that someone despises Him. However, when this person is going through some problems, they quote the promises of God. But, what for? If you give in to sin or act contrary to the biblical standard, repent immediately in time to find forgiveness. As time goes by, the person who is deviated does not feel like coming back, for the demon has convinced to remain in their error. 

Those who love God have all the right to call upon Him and confess what is written in the Holy Book, because for these people, the promises will be fully complied with. Besides, when they need any help, they will be able to call on the Almighty, and He will answer them. The righteous cry out and are heard by the Lord, who immediately gives them the opportunity to believe once again in His Name. How about praying and getting things right with the Creator, the One who you should have never walked away from?

Why would anyone decide to be wicked, help the devil in his destructive work, if it is so good and rewarding to be faithful, and receive the Lord´s help when going through tribulations? Never do something that places you under the clutches of the evil one, but seek to get things right with the Eternal One, and then, you will once again enjoy of His immense power.
