And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be my people.” 2 Corinthians 6.16

As sons of God, we have lived below the level established by the Lord. Even those who excel in faith – who are considered by many as examples of successful people – have not been able to fulfil completely the will of God, as is revealed to us in the Bible. How sad it is to see believers in open or enclosed sin, who are not able to prosper in some or in even in all areas of their lives! These people need to return to believe in the Word of God.

The person who sees no problem in worshipping idols does not know the Lord. The true Christian has to be different, for he is the living letter of the Almighty (2 Co. 3:2). God has redeemed and transported you into the Kingdom of God, filling you with the Spirit, so that you are more than a conqueror in all things (Rm. 8:37). Now it is your responsibility to show what truly means to believe in the Lord. Don’t live anymore as those who do not know the Most High.

However, if you do not allow the work of God in your life, it will not be fulfilled. Your family will be surprised when they see you changing, from being oppressed by sin and by the sufferings of Hell to becoming a servant of God, who enjoys prosperity, good health, and a better humour. It is time to stop complaining. Make your difference be something visible! Do not let the enemy dominate you anymore.

Do not accept anything less than what the Word of God guarantees that is yours. Then, you will enjoy the abundant life that Jesus came to give (Jo. 10:10). The voice of God, which is heard through His Word, enables you to have a clean and prosperous way of living. In this moment, rebuke the devil and all his malefic works that he has done in your life, and the power of the Most High will accomplish whatever is necessary.

Do not let the lies of the enemy deceive you, for you already know the Truth. The Word strengthens you, and so you have the conditions to act in the Name of Jesus, as if you were the Lord himself. In this moment, enter in the divine presence through prayer, confess your sins, ask and receive forgiveness. If there is anyone who you have to find to reconcile with, go and do it. It is time to practice your rights in Christ.

Now it is up to you to get rid or not of your wrongdoings. Do not leave it for later – sort things out with the Lord and with the person that you might have betrayed or done any evil (Mt. 5:21-26). Be free in everything. The holy people do not live bowing down under the “paws” of Satan. There is no reason to live crying and desiring what is wrong. Give now your first step towards your freedom!
