For He said, “Surely they are My people, Children who will not lie.” So He became their Savior.  Isaiah 63:8

Nobody knows what the Lord has in mind when doing something in our favor, but, most assuredly, it is something important. He didn’t plan man just for the sake of it, but He planned man to actively participate in His eternal purpose. Therefore, the Creator made us just like He is. Even if, now, we don’t understand His complete dimension, when we get to Heaven, we will contemplate Him just like He contemplates us.

The appreciation the Lord has for us is great, for, once we are created in His image and likeness, we have a very important role to fulfill in His plan. As God, He put Himself into action to begin His will. In our creation, the three people of the holy Trinity were involved; working in every detail, and the same thing took place in the process of our salvation.

Our destiny was changed after the fall of man. Then, Jesus sacrificed Himself in our favor, because He did not forget that we are His people. We didn’t ask Him to create us, but, when we learn what He had in mind regarding us, we gladly give ourselves to accomplish His will. The rebels one, those who don’t bow before the Truth, will pay a high price in the future, for there will be no second chance.

He expects us to execute our mission with praise. Therefore, never let yourself be drifted away by temptation of giving up or not doing what He commands, because you don’t belong to the other one, only to Him – the Planner and Executor of life -, who must not be deceived by His creation. Be careful with the devil! He will do all he can to steal your eternal happiness.

When we had no more chance in occupying our place in the Lord, His heart moved into our direction, and He created the plan of salvation. Now, there is no way the enemy can separate us from God, unless we listen to this evil being. Our rescue was already accomplished.  For the simple fact of having accepted what Jesus did on our behalf, we become one with the Lord, and thus, we are saved.

When we say that He has become our Savior, we can believe that this will continue throughout all eternity, for His gifts are irrevocable. Thus, we will always be at His side, obeying His will. Therefore, do all that you can, but in accordance to the Word. Don’t make up something to accomplish as if God spoke you knew things. All that He desires is that we do that which is in the Scriptures.

It is not good to stop believing and doing what He commands us, for, when we obey Him, we receive wisdom and understanding. When we fail to meet this or when we don’t pay attention to a commandment no matter how small it seems to be, you are actually not taking hold of that which you will need the most in order not to submit yourself to the enemy and accomplish your mission with praise.
