But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.   Ephesians 2.13

After the experience of salvation, one of the greatest blessings is to be in Jesus. This happens with the understanding we receive when we read the Word of God. Then, when we believe, we enter into this special and powerful world. Being in Christ means to have communion with the Most High. Then, no evil will take over us. Whoever does not enjoy communion with the Lord lives with many problems.

Those who do not learn about the Word or do not vindicate their spiritual rights are in much loss. Whenever they need heavenly help, they do not even know how to pray as they should. The lack of intimacy with the Father is reflected in the sad behavior of those who do not know their inheritance in God. On the other hand, if we live in Him, we have a humble, meek, holy, and victorious semblance.

The Gospel drives us closer to the Kingdom. In Christ, we approach the Father and enter in the barn of heavenly blessings that is prepared for us. This is the place where we all need to be. When the anointing comes, it is not necessary to beg for the Father to fulfill His promises. Not occupying your place in Christ leaves you sterile and idle in the faith.

The religious acts, including those practiced in the Gospel, do not drive us closer to God. Spending long hours in prayer also does not drive us closer to the Lord. However, if we pay attention to what He speaks, we will be close to Him. When we fulfill His orders, we discover that He is acting right in front of us. Whoever remains distant from Him becomes intimate with the enemy.

It does not matter how much someone strives to please God and be separate from the devil. Man’s attitude does not operate the divine righteousness, even if it may be the most radical attempt to please the Most High. The only way for the power of God to fulfill His mission is when we listen to His Word. If someone is closed to hear the Truth, he is open for lies and several problems, and consequently, to the devil.

Jesus’ sacrifice brought us many blessings. One of them is the purification of our sins. After this, there is nothing more that can separate us from the Lord, unless the lack of understanding. Besides, redemption brought us closer to Him, and therefore, we can have Him acting in our favor. Thus, there will be no one that will threaten us or keep us under their control, because we have authority over the works of darkness!

If we are near the Lord, we live in communion with Him. On the contrary, we will remain lonely. So what must we do? We should only listen to His orientations in order to please Him, and then we will not be defeated. If the blood of Jesus brought us closer to the Father, why should we stay far away from Him?

In Christ, with love,

God, who is with us! How many blessings has the blood of Christ brought to us by bringing us close to You! We still do not know everything that has been prepared for us, but we can act by Faith and see the Wonders that You do when we pray.

We do not fear any evil, for with You, we are kept safe. Even though the enemy may try, he will not manage to break Your protective barrier. However, without You, we will never be happy or free. Help us!

We want to know Your will, for we have been washed in the blood of Christ and have become kings and priests through You. May we ignore the lies of the enemy so that we may glorify You forever. Amen!
