And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people.

There is nothing better than learning something from a person who is a master in what he does. Good schools do not hire just anyone to be teachers, but only those who are truly knowledgeable. The Creator of all things, the Omniscient Being, whose wisdom cannot be measured or calculated, would never send us a Master if he were not the best one to teach us about everything.

One time Jesus said he had set the example for us so that, as he did, we would also do. But for many people this declaration has no importance at all, so they live in suffering, failure, and what is worse, do not wake up to see that their decisions are responsible for everything that the devil has done in their lives. Christ said that if anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble (John 11.9).

Jesus went out to spread the gospel without ever refraining from doing good, because that was the reason why he had come. He would walk those dust roads, in the midst of evil people, facing the same troubles as others. But each step he took, he would transform people and the world became better with his teachings, as many people abandoned sin and God was glorified.

On Judgment Day we will have no excuse for the things we are not doing. We wear the fanciest clothes and have luxurious homes, while we should be concerned with carrying out good works and walking in the light. We must not learn from those who have worldly knowledge, but from the Master of all masters. He who does the will of God feels real satisfaction.

We are surrounded by people whose only desire is to do their own will. Those who truly serve the Lord should never be jealous when they hear that others have achieved success! By being servants, our ultimate goal must be to please the Lord. Those who are greedy want to achieve success at any cost, even at the expense of naïve people. Never be envious of those who succeed by doing evil. They are setting a bad example.

Jesus came to teach, preach and use the power of God. There is no better strategy than this one to do the work of God. People need to learn the Truth in order to understand what is of the Lord, of man or of the devil. Then we must preach the good news and use the power of the Most High, who cannot be replaced by anything.

Do not come up with another plan, nor accept any suggestion that there is another means to do God’s work. He who is born of the flesh is flesh and the flesh counts for nothing (John 3.6; 6.63). Follow the example of God’s Son so that his work is truly done!
