 But when Pharaoh saw that there was relief, he hardened his heart and did not heed them, as the Lord had said. Exodus 8:15

The Lord was working in Pharaoh’s heart, as He also has worked in many people’s hearts.  There are many people today who do not understand what the Almighty is saying to them, just like the Egyptian king did not understand Him.  Inside the Pharaoh’s being there was something like a hidden evil beast and if the Pharaoh should let the Israelites go before God fulfilled a great job in his life, he would repent and hunt them down to destroy them.

The king of Egypt had proof that God was greater than his gods and he knew certainly that Moses was His heavenly spokesman.  However, since he had not been contrite in his heart as he should have been, the Lord hardened the Pharaoh’s heart.  There are many people that if they were granted solutions, like being healed, were made prosperous or had all their problems solved, they would use material resources and use the results from the success that they obtained to do things that would attract eternal losses.

The Pharaoh may be like many so called Christians who behave wrongly but in moments of suffering seek the Lord to solves their difficulties and promising never to repeat their sins again.  However, when the relief comes and the pain or discomfort is gone, they return to repeating the same wrong again.  One must defeat the demon that moves one’s heart, for he is like a fierce beast who in his time will lead you to commit absurdities.  Amen?

Peace is one of the most beautiful things that exist, for, with it, we enjoy prosperity, health and many bountiful blessings.  However those who have not been truly delivered by Jesus or are oppressed by any evil spirit, as soon as they feel at ease they become careless and negligent in their obedience and service to God. Therefore with little or no effort the devil drives and directs that person with his evil oppression.  It is necessary to seek full deliverance in faith in Christ.

Egypt would still suffer the results of many plagues that Moses invoked by divine direction and order.  This will also happen to those who do not bow or kneel to the Omnipotent.  Then, healing is delayed, suffering is not abated and real peace never comes. If these people searched for their deliverance from evil through Christ they would see the evil beast that oppresses them be expelled and they would be able to live wonderful lives.

Pharaoh had to see the divine hand working more plagues, trials and punishments over his country so that he could diminish the power of the beast residing in him.  But, even though he suffered God’s hand weighing heavily over him, he did not give in and was destroyed forever.  Each person must be born again.  Once saved, you will be delivered from the evil spirit sent to lead you to eternal punishment.

Until when, do you have to be punished to be born again and serve God?  If you are not saved you cannot be completely answered by the Heavenly Father.  If you want, right now, the Lord will begin the process that will make you be born again.  Be wise!  Convert yourself now and your life will certainly be completely changed. Say yes to the Lord and be saved forever right now.
