But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.   2 Corinthians 4.3

We were commanded by Jesus to spread the Good News that everyone needs to hear regarding the meaning of the coming of God’s kingdom. This Good News must be accompanied by acts of faith performed by us in favor of those who are perishing. During his earthly ministry, Jesus brought to people not only the information of what God could do for them, but also the power to deliver those who are being held captive by the enemy.

It is not right to transform the Master’s command to preach the gospel with words and actions into a display of His name’s power. The disciples were marveled when they preached the Word of God and prayed for those who were sick, as Jesus had commanded them to do, and saw demons manifested and casted them out, just like Jesus did. There are many things that the Almighty God wants to do through us, and these things will make us marvel as well.

When we minister God’s blessings, we will see God work many beautiful miracles. As a result, people in tears will receive Jesus as their Savior. On the other hand, if we veil the Good News that He commanded us to bring to people, we will not see anything extraordinary. Even if we manage to bring people to church, they will not experience the new birth. So what would be the value of our work in the Lord?

We have to preach the gospel with confidence, so that people may have an encounter with Christ and experience the new birth. Comparing the teachings of the several creeds with the gospel’s teachings will not make anyone abandon sin and become part of God’s kingdom. But when people see for themselves that the name of Jesus is greater than the name of gods of such religions, and also greater than the name of illnesses and other afflictions, they will become true believers.

Nothing compares with the gospel preached through signs and wonders. No one will speak against the Lord when they see him acting on behalf of the sick and those who are suffering. The works done by faith in Jesus prove that God is real and answers the prayers of those who trust in His promises. The person in whom the miracle has worked will never forget God’s compassion for them.

Let us show God’s love for mankind by spreading the Good News and using the name of Jesus to bring all people to full deliverance. It is sad to see an individual suffering in the hands of the devil. On the other hand, when this same individual is delivered, he will never forget or will never cease being grateful to the Almighty God and will become a witness of the Truth.

Without miracles, the Christian faith is varies little from other religions. However, when someone sees God working in our midst, they will seek Him. Bringing to gospel in the power of the Holy Spirit, with the signs the Lord promised would follow us is the best way to help people and lead them to know the Truth.
