12/11/2016 - PERISHING IN THE GOSPEL

Lest the Lord’s anger be aroused against you, and He shut up the heavens so that there be no rain, and the land yield no produce, and you perish quickly from the good land which the Lord is giving you.  Deuteronomy 11.17

Whoever does not keep they heart will be fatally deceived by the devil. Even if a person may desire to serve God, without rebirth and the renewal in the revelation of the Word, the human spirit is deceitful and desperately corrupt. Outside of the divine presence, man falls in the claws of the evil one. Therefore, do not give in to the enemy’s lies, but surrender yourself completely to the Spirit of God, who will never deceive you.

If you let temptations enter, you start walking astray. Then, if you do not come back in repentence to confess your sin, you will not find forgiveness, and the next step will be for the demon that tempted you to possess you. Do not let this happen. After you’ve done what is wrong, return to the Lord in haste. Being far away from the Almighty means to be close to the enemy, and attacked by him. Mercy, Lord!

Whoever is warned but is deceived by his own heart struggles to find deliverance against the evil force that makes them captive. The best moment to get rid of a temptation or of sin is the second after it comes. Thus, soon after the Spirit of the Lord makes you see that you have done wrong, open your heart to Him and ask for forgiveness. If you do not do so, you will never find mercy.

A person who walks astray is never neutral, for they start serving other gods, who in fact are demons that have names of gods in order to continue deceiving those who listen to them. Being tempted does not mean that you have done wrong. However, if you remain in sin, you will be disconnected from the presence of our Holy God, and then the enemy will rule over you. In the beginning, he can even let you prosper, but afterwards, his blow will come.

If you let yourself be dominated by evil and lying spirits, the wrath of God will rise against you, and then the fountain of blessings will close for you. If someone is not well with the Lord and still has the divine wrath operating against them, how will they escape the plans of the evil one? Therefore, whatever you may have done, come back running to the arms of the Father, because if you continue away from Him, the devil will destroy your life.

If you are no longer enlightened, if your problems are still without solution, and if the presence of the Most High is not with you, there are probably sins in your life that must be confessed and abandoned. If you do what is right, you will feel His forgiveness and the joy of heaven invading your soul. Whenever this happens, believe that your iniquity was forgiven and return to do God’s work. Rejoice in the Lord!

Do not let the Heavens be closed to you, or the rain of grace stop falling. The news of the Gospel cannot lack in you, and you cannot perish in the Good Land. Be firm in the faith, believe in what the Father has promised you and go be a blessing.
