Then the Levites of the children of the Kohathites and of the children of the Korahites stood up to praise the Lord God of Israel with voices loud and high. 2 Chronicles 20:19

As soon as they heard Jahaziel give the divine message, and Jehoshaphat fell on his face to the ground, worshiping the Lord for the plan which had been revealed to them, two families of the servants of God from the tribe of Levi began to praise the Most High. We must not delay to show our appreciation for all the decisions of the Father, which demonstrate His goodness, for they undoubtedly turn into blessings.

The attitude of the sons of the Kohathites and the Korahites shows that they fully believed in the message of the Lord and therefore, in advance, could accept the work as done.  Whenever God tells you that He will do something, consider it accomplished. As soon as He tells us something, He enters into the battle to keep His promise. Success in faith is guaranteed!

It is interesting to note that there was not even one person in all the people of Judah who doubted the words of Jahaziel. Then, confident, he raised his voice and praised the Lord with a loud voice. There is no way the Christian can stop praising Him with all his strength when understanding the divine purpose. Even if the work seems impossible, those who trust in God will never be ashamed or disappointed. Halleluiah!

Whoever praises in fear will never raise his voice out loud, because in his thought there is a great confusion. For him, it is better not to commit, because he fears that the plan will not work – if this happens, it will be an example of one who trusted and was deceived. However, how can anyone think that the Omnipotent and Omniscient God does not know how to accomplish what He promises? Now, God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent (Numbers 23:19).

No one is mistaken when they believe in the words of the Lord, but if they do not believe in Him, they will not see the blessing fulfilled. We must walk by faith, not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). You must know that He would never say something randomly. That which the Father declares will happen; therefore, placing trust in Him is the most assured way to be successful.

He who trusts God must express himself with all his heart and, in certain cases, praise Him with a loud voice. The person who has faith already sees the work accomplished long before it begins, for when the Lord speaks, there is no chance of failure. With God conducting the events, we will never suffer loss, but we will walk from victory to victory, for He will go with us.

It is not good to doubt the Most High and His power. Although something seems impossible to accomplish, that which He says will be fulfilled. Stay on the winning side, God’s side, since the devil’s chance to win any battle against the Lord is zero. If you feel that you can be defeated, even trusting in the Lord, rebuke that feeling.

In Christ, with love,

Father! Your people marveled at the most spectacular way You used to give victory over the confederate nations that united to fight those people.

As soon as Hezekiah bowed, the Levites lifted up their voices to praise and thank You for such a promise. Who could have told Your servants that they would not fight in the war and would only need to watch Your deliverance?

There was not one who distrusted Your Word; on the contrary, all people believed in it and went home. The next day they would see Your glory poured out on their behalf; thus, they would not be defeated or ashamed. Thank you!
