O my soul, you have said to the LORD, “You are my Lord, My goodness is nothing apart from You. Psalm 16:2

The prayers and promises contained in the Scriptures have been answered already by the Lord.  They teach us to obtain the results, if we pray according to them.  But if we intercede with no foundation in what is written, we will not be satisfied. All that is born of man is not able to reach the divine throne, but the response that we give, based on the teachings of the Word touches the heart of God. 

We can say that David represented humanity when he practiced his prayers, and by being directed from Heaven, nothing fell short of what was requested in the Bible. As we learn the will of the Omnipresent and pray with earnest faith, we are answered.  Don’t ever pray in discord with the celestial design. To pray based on the Scriptures is to guarantee an answer.

The Almighty has the lives of those who received Jesus as their Savior in His hands. There is no way the demons or their master can separate us from the only and true Lord. Once you have accepted the sovereignty of the Highest, you will be victorious over every temptation. Confirming your decisions will assure that all goes well in your life.

The Lord saved us from the one who was stronger than we are, delivering us from the powers of darkness and leading us to His Kingdom. God is our greatest Good.  Never relinquish your position so as not to lose your prerogatives in Christ. Why doubt the One who is trustworthy, if the only other option is to believe in the father of lies?  Those who trust in the Omnipotent will never be confounded, for He is faithful in keeping us in His protection.

We can be sure of one thing: no evil spirit will enter the Kingdom of Glory! We are not guilty if the deceiver tempts us, but if we fall into his temptation and do not repent, we will be vulnerable to his attacks. Don’t ever allow the sun to set on a sin of yours (Ephesians 4:26); repent immediately.

Tell the Lord, with all your soul, that He is your God and you will always trust in Him.  The saints can and must live in peace, for even if the accuser should come against them with his hate, most of the time they won’t even know about this.  Do not fear evil, because the Omnipotent is at your side to save and protect you throughout all eternity.

In Heaven, God will show us all the times he delivered us. Celebrate your new life in Christ, never allowing diabolical thoughts to occupy your mind or to live in your heart. It is good to preserve yourself for the All-Powerful in sanctity and holiness. This way you will never despair in face of the threats of the enemy. It is rewarding and gratifying to have and keep the Lord as our greatest Good. Halleluiah!
