And Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life. He who comes to Me shall never hunger, and he who believes in Me shall never thirst. John 6:35

Any statement declared by the Lord Jesus should be heard as a message straight from God’s heart to His servants.  As Father, He wants the best for His children and to this end He gives them His word.  They that eat from the Bread of Life will stand out in the daily battles and in executing the mission from the Omnipotent. Otherwise, they will be in embarrassing situations by being unequipped and unprepared.

Don’t forget that God, the Omniscient, knows everything and leads us to eat the Bread of Life, His Word.  Any other source will not help us in our struggle against evil.  The evil spirits resent our positions as sons and daughters of God and do everything to destroy our belief in the love of the Almighty and remove us from His presence.  Do not neglect the Provision that supplies the necessary understanding to become a winner.

Jesus is the Word of God that sustains us, so we need nothing else to strengthen us.  In Him we become wise and able and never lose our battles.  Know that those that do not go by Him, when attacked by the powers of darkness, don´t know how to react in order to defend themselves.  

If you have the Lord’s instruction, your spirit is strong and you can do what He tells you to do.  Without this guidance, the Christian feels weak or unable to perform the task given him by the Father.  In the parable of the talents (Matthew 25: 14-31) the one who received a talent and did not increase was sentenced by the Lord to be punished on the day of accounting.  But those who used wisdom and doubled what they were given were granted even greater missions.

Many Christians lay hold of their promised blessings because they are guided by the Son of God and by this they have the same power and disposition Jesus had during His days here on Earth.  The only way to truly represent the Lord is by consuming the Bread.  How sad and painful to see a Christian consumed by evil forces.  Seek the word continuously; defeat your temptations so that no evil will befall you.

There will be no more thirst for those that drink from the Word for it will light up and strengthen you in whatever you need.  We aim to obey the divine plan; and for this we need the powers of Heaven.  No one entered the Kingdom of God accidentally, but by the work of the Lord that made him a member of the Body of Christ. Those who do not fulfill his purpose pass up the opportunity to be an instrument in His hand to carry out His work.

Those who do not feed from the Bread of Heaven and don’t believe in Jesus will never feel able to execute His orders.  No matter how hard they try, they will not succeed.  However, the wise will not be moved at all from trusting the Lord.  Thus, when the trials come, they will simply act as true winners.  Halleluiah!
