05/02/2015 - STIMULATING TO BARE MUCH FRUIT

This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples. John 15.8

The Lord God has abundance in everything and we should have the same because we are created in His image. That’s why Jesus wanted to motivate us when He said that the Father would be glorified in this way so that we should be His disciples. If you are a Christian and you don’t glorify the Father there are no excuses. The goal of the Christian must always be to obey the Master.

We are surrounded by people with different kinds of problems. We will be labeled as bad workers if we don’t give them the word that makes them free. The power to cast out demons that torment people, make them sick and all sorts of problems have already been given to us (Mar 16.17, 18). On Judgment Day we can’t justify our negligence, and then our condemnation will come.

The Lord gave us a mission to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation (Mar 16.15). It is amazing how the majority of God’s people don’t realize they are not fulfilling God’s orders. There are people waiting for God’s commandment to go to some place to preach the Good News. But He has already done that. Why do they not obey Him? No doubt, they love more the flesh than spiritual matters. 

What have you done to reach the lost? In your job, do your colleagues know about your life and do they learn how to love the Lord because of your lifestyle? Watch out! If you don’t bear many fruits you won’t glorify the Father neither be a disciple of Jesus. The Master said that you will know the truth that set you free, for those who really are His disciples (Jo 8.31, 32).

There are too many born again Christians that don’t go further in their faith. And it´s their fault because they ignore by purpose the Father’s calling because of the worries of this life (Mar 4.18, 19). There are people that spend more money in beauty products than in missions. Many Christians talk to their neighbors about everything, even talk about what they shouldn’t, but they don’t refer to God’s kindness. They will lament on the Judgment Day.

Jesus was clear: the Father will be glorified if we bare fruits in abundance. It is not enough to give a little word of faith. It is important to take position and honor the Lord in everything you speak or do. No doubt, if you began to speak about what the Lord is doing to you, you will see the divine power acting in your life and through your life. And then your suffering will disappear. God loves those who love Him (Pv 8.17).

There are two important things to be done in your life: glorify the Father because we bear a lot of fruits and be Jesus´ disciples. If you learn from the Master you go beyond others in many ways. But those who don’t want to be part of the people who learn from the Lord, they don’t even know how to cast out a disease.
