17/02/2016 - TELL THE LORD EVERYTHING

The apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all they had done and taught.    Mark 6:30

Between the lines of the Word, through the gaps in doors and windows of what is written with divine help, we discover secrets that will help us a lot to fulfill God´s plan for mankind, which includes our participation. The Bible is an endless treasure of revelations, and all that is written in it is addressed to us. Not to join the Lord is to make a big mistake, for we learn the Truth with His help. 

It was the beginning of Jesus’ ministry, and those that He had called to learn to be fisherman of man and doers of the greatest work the world has ever seen and will still know in the last days, were sent in pairs to precede Him in the cities where He should go. They were sent to execute a very beautiful and necessary mission: preach the Gospel, heal the sick and deliver the oppressed. 

After having gone and done what they were commanded them to do, they were wise enough to go back and tell the Master all that had taken place. This is of great importance, for that was the moment to learn where they had failed and how it should be done, as well as hear words of encouragement from the lips of Jesus. Those men had the best Master the world has ever known. We fail much by not doing the same, isn’t that right?

It is not good not to be accountable immediately after we return from a very tiring work, even if we have family and other important chores to do. If the Kingdom of God and it´s righteousness don’t come first, we will not be obeying the orders given by the Lord. Now, it´s because we obey that we prove we love God, and because of what you do, both the Father and the Son love you as well. 

In your “executive meeting” with the Lord, tell Him everything in detail. Speak of what you did or what you didn’t do and of what you taught. Then, He will be able to show you the opportunities you missed out on. Thus, the next time, you will get it right more and more. The lessons of the Holy Spirit will never end, if we are able to stay before His feet so that we learn about the part that will never be taken away from us, which is the best share. 

Those who don’t seek the Most High to report what they did and taught certainly are hiding things which are not good. All those who have sins hidden, do all they can so that they don’t get involved with the Father. So then, never miss the opportunity of exposing what goes on in your life – in all areas. The Lord loves that we are accompanied by Him so that we learn in His temple. 

Don’t be fast in prayer, but remain the more you can before God. Then, when you feel that something is wrong with you or in you, immediately ask Him to help you make things right. Those that learn with Jesus never fall in the webs of the enemy. The only way not to be found by the devil is to be in the presence of Christ.
