29/06/2016 - THAT IT MIGHT BE FULFILLED

…that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities And bore our sicknesses.”  Matthew 8:17

It had been a long and hard working day and when late afternoon had come, Jesus felt He should fulfill what Isaiah had prophesied. God uses this method of touching our heart, for us to execute His will. If Jesus had not answered the divine touch, even as the Son of God, He would have erred. There are Christians that prefer to ignore a touch from the Lord, and afterwards, they see that their prayers were not answered. 

Stay alert to do what the Most High has commanded, for negligence will lead those who listen to it to the eternal court of the Almighty God. We should not leave a prophecy aside, because God did it so that we get to know His plans and so that we please Him. In the past, if the Israelites had not listened to the voice of the angel that was guiding them, they would have been harmed; today, the Holy Spirit guides us. 

Isaiah announced the suffering Christ would have when all of our diseases and the sins of humanity were to be placed upon Him. We have to pay attention to this fact, for it had a holy and eternal purpose from God. Not claiming your healing through what is written in the Bible is like declaring that you don’t believe in the words of the Lord. 

Now, if a prophet revealed something and that did not happen, he would be killed. Likewise, when God gives us a prophecy and we understand it, but we don’t do anything with it, we will be “killed” – separated from Him. Many Christians are away from the divine operations and living alone in faith and ministry because they don’t give credit to the touch of the Spirit. Always fulfill what the Father has determined you to do. 

No matter the price you have to pay to execute the commands of the Lord, just go and do them. Never give up, saying that you can’t fulfill the celestial plan, for you have been chosen for this very moment. Therefore, even if you have another task in His work, remain in the mission He first gave you, because in the Lord, there is no variation or shadow of turning (James 1:17). Go until the end in what He commanded you. 

Jesus condemned the tradition of the religious men which stated that they didn’t have to do something for the parents, as long as it was done to God. Be careful! You cannot add or subtract anything from the Scriptures. The purpose of the devil is to take you away from the plan of the Most High; for example: for that to happen, he makes you believe that in order for you to have a perfect ministry, you must give up procreation. Now, God was the One who created man and woman for that purpose. 

It does not matter what you have done until now in obedience to the Father; there is more to do, and He expects that you will not disappoint Him. Therefore, don’t accept the divine plan to be altered and don’t collaborate for that to happen. Your fulfillment as a man and as a woman is what God desires. Don’t touch in what He planned and did, just accomplish it.
