And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.”         Isaiah 6.7

For Isaiah to have a blessed ministry, God worked in his life in at least three phases. First, He stretched out His hand over the one whom He called to be a prophet, and He also did this in relation to all the members of the Body of Christ. Second, He touched his mouth, removing his iniquities. Third, He anointed him to minister His will. Even before Isaiah was born, God worked in his life, preparing him for a mission. The same thing happens to us.

Nobody is in church by chance, but because the Most High led them to Jesus with His outstretched hand. This process began a long time ago, and it continued even when you slipped in your faith, and it made you understand the need to love the Son of God and do according to His divine will. This happened to all those who converted and continues to happen with the others that will achieve the full knowledge of the Truth.

Just like Jeremiah and any other servant of God, Isaiah was known even before he was conceived in his mother’s womb. If it wasn’t for the Lord´s hand, we would not be seeking the face of the Savior, loving to do His will, and we would not have left sin. God made many things happen to us, so that we would prepare ourselves to listen to His voice and follow Him.

When the Most High touched our mouth, wickedness was removed from us, and suddenly, we no longer long to do the wrong things that pleased us and enslaved us before. When he was called, Isaiah felt that his lips were impure, that is why God sent an archangel with tongs to remove a live coal from the altar and, with it, touch his lips for iniquity to be taken away. Thus, he became the most enlightened prophet. Ask for the same thing to be done to you.

When He touches us, God prepares us to do something that mankind has still not seen. It is sad when those who were prepared to fulfill the Lord´s plan let themselves fall for temptations, and thus, become useless. It´s not good to disrupt what He is in a hurry to do, for, without the work of purification, you can be removed and lose your salvation. Therefore, be careful with the offers of the enemy; after all, he wants to destroy you.

David could compose beautiful Psalms, proclaim words of truth and extend the frontiers of the kingdom of Israel, because the Lord had done his tongue like the pen of a ready writer. Moses took the people of Israel away from slavery in Egypt through the words God put in his mouth. Jesus warned that it´s not only God who places the words in our lips, affirming that, if they are wicked words, we will be condemned. Therefore, don’t assume anything that the devil gives you.

The day the Lord removed iniquity from Isaiah, He put His words in the mouth of the servant, preparing him to do the work. Allow God to fulfill these three phases in your life and be a person truly used by Him, so that you can carry out the important mission. Afterwards, when you feel the time has come, take hold of what you were given.

In Christ, with love,

God, our Conductor! It is good to know that You have led us to salvation and because of that, no one can take us away from Your hands. There are no words that can express the love, affection and gratitude we have for You. Thank You!

May we never leave Your protection! Touch our mouth, remove that which is not good, including the poison of sin, and anoint us so that we minister in Your Name the benefits of the New Covenant.

Finally, we want to hear Your voice to receive Your nomination. When You place Your Words in our lips, we will not speak what man wants, but we will do Your will. Thus, people will be greatly blessed.
