Then it will be righteousness for us, if we are careful to observe all these commandments before the LORD our God, as He has commanded us.  Deuteronomy 6:25

The saved can tell their children that, before, they were servants of sin, of the suffering imposed by the devil and of the uncertainty of tomorrow. This attitude will do them a tremendous good, just as the other people that will be spared from the pain caused by the lack of fear for God. One of the problems of today´s society is not respecting thy neighbor, which is an attitude of those who don’t answer the Lord´s commands. 

Obeying the celestial determinations brings glory to our God. He set up these sets of laws so that man could always have Him by his side, as His God. People who don’t know divine plan and don’t heed to the Scriptures don’t know the harm they are causing to themselves, for they remain without the Father´s help, and at the same time, open to the attacks of the evil one. Now, the statutes are like righteousness for man. 

For your acts to be transformed into righteousness before the Almighty, you need to keeps His statutes. If such commandment has been difficult for you, pray to the Lord and confess your weakness, asking Him to help you practice what is written. With help sent by the eternal Father, you will surely execute what you were ordered, and thus, there will be no more breach for the enemy to strike you. 

We must talk about the wonders accomplished by God in our favor, how He made us understand His plan and what He changed in us. Thus, faith will sprout in our relatives, strengthening them, and they will no longer be fooled by the enemy. All people, sooner or later, will be tempted to do what God condemns, but, if they were well taught, they will say no to the devil by not submitting themselves to his temptations. 

It´s good to compare our life before salvation with what our life is now. When someone speaks the truth – that which she was tempted with and what could have done – and recognizes that with the grace of God she managed to stand still, without contaminating herself, than other people will learn to fear the Name of the Lord and will be spared. This will be a work whose reward God will not forget to give you on the great Day. 

When orienting us to proceed this way, the Lord does so that we may fear Him. After all, He longs for our eternal well being and wants our life kept safe. This is the safe way for us to be successful in battles. Now, if we omit the Truth from our close ones, then one day we may be accused of the failure of some of them. It does not matter how much you have been tempted, your comment on what you faced and how the Lord used you will be of great value to all people. 

If you keep the Lord´s statutes, besides having divine help to overcome battles, your relatives will look up to your faith and will feel prepared to fight and win. Others around you will also learn to respect the Almighty and will also overcome. Your example can be a blessing for all mankind.
