The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10.22

The first goal to be sought in life should be to have the Lord’s blessing. We know that the enemy’s greatest purpose is to kill, steal, and destroy. However, we also know that Jesus came to give us abundant life (Jo 10.10b). Therefore, if we have the divine blessing, we will not be struck by any inflamed arrow from Hell (Ps 91.5). However, without the protection of the Lord, the enemy will strike us any time that he desires.

We cannot be satisfied only in listening that God wants our good. This is good and brings hope, but if we have the grace that Jesus brought when He came to this world, we will have the power of God acting in all areas of our life. Thus, the devil’s plans against us will not withstand. With the divine blessing, we will attain the promises made to Abraham. Therefore, reaching them should be the target of all those who are saved.

Hannah did not pay a high price in her fight to receive the grace to be a mother (1 Sm 1.20), nor did Elijah suffer when he destroyed the 850 prophets of Baal and the other gods (1 Kg 18.40). Isaac also did not have many pains because he prospered (Gn 26.12,13). All these things were given to them for they had achieved the blessing from the Most High. They learnt that with God, they would achieve what they desired. Therefore, since they were helped by the divine power, they did not have to pay any price in order to be happy.

His blessing makes one rich, heals, delivers, protects from danger, and does everything that might be necessary. In the Old Testament, it came sporadically over some people that managed to serve the Lord. However, now it is available for all who accept Jesus as their Savior. The Omnipotent’s blessing has the power to forgive sins and lead the saved to be filled of the Holy Spirit. For this reason, it must be sought at all times.

Why should we use tricks, human strategies or the enemy’s strategies to get rich? The formula for a blessed life is to follow God’s orientations. He guides us in a wise and powerful way, and with Him, we will never have trouble with the enemy. The Most High’s blessing strengthens us and capacitates us to face the battles, to be victorious, and to achieve all the divine promises.

Do not be deceived: the only way that you can avoid the attacks from evil is through the grace that is given by God. When you have it, you do not only expel evil, but you also become an operator of the Heavenly Father, being able to walk around all places doing good and healing the oppressed. The Lord’s blessing is the true faith that will not let you lose a single battle. With it, you can do the same works as Jesus did.

The Most High, the faithful God, is offering you prosperity in everything and without suffering. The enemy, who is a liar, only makes false promises (Jo 8.44c). If you accept them, you can even have success in life, but the price you will pay in your body and soul will not compensate (Mt 13.42). With the blessing – the faith in Jesus –, you will always be victorious.
