For You are the glory of their strength, and in Your favor our horn is exalted.  Psalm 89.17

It is not enough only to belong to the Body of Christ. Although it is something really important, it is necessary also to recognize the work of the Holy Spirit in us, perceiving when the Comforter is visiting us, receiving joy from Him in our soul, and thus, in the strength of the Lord – the joy that He provides us –, assume everything that is given by Him. Only the people that know the joyful sound, the wonderful action of God, are blessed (Ps 89.15).

The people that truly serve the Most High are highlighted from others, for they walk in the light of His face. They are successful in everything and are not disheartened. Even if they are under temptation, they show that the faith that is deposited in the Lord does, in fact, operate. They never stumble in life’s obstacles, for they do not come out of the light. Surrounded by the Creator, they walk fearlessly, knowing that they are always victorious.

The servants of God have a power: the Name of Jesus (Mk 16.17,18). When everything seems to be out of hope, they use the Name that is above all (Ph 2.9), and before the signs may show that the problem is solved, they have an immense joy in their faces. The truth is that the saved people are exalted in the divine justice. Like Abraham, the redeemed know that He who promised them something, even if it is something considered impossible, will never fail to fulfill His promise (Heb 10.23).

The strength of the elected generation is the glory of God. It was involved by the divine presence in such a way, that it simply cannot be separated from the Most High. When the children of the Lord are challenged by the enemy, like Abraham was, they armed their servants and infants – the revelations they had on the Word – and leave for battle (Gn 14.14). They return with the most incredible spectacle: those who defied them are defeated. This was what Jesus did for us through His death (Col 2.15).

We are in the time of enjoying God’s favor. He has given us His Spirit to guide us in all Truth (Jo 14.26). Therefore, there is no way how we may be defeated or even oppressed. If you have been feeling low, frustrated with something, dominated by an addiction or a filthy desire, you must pray right now and confess your mistake in accepting such practices, for with God’s favor, you will leave this battle victoriously.

God is the glory of Your strength. Therefore, do not put your weapons down and accept the impositions of the devil. It is time for you to reign, to overcome and claim your rights in Christ. There is no reason why continue captive to suffering. Jesus guaranteed that He would do everything that you asked in His name (Jo 14.13). Therefore, demand now that your shame may end. Do not let any root of bitterness remain in any region of your being (Hb 12.15).

The Lord is your defense, and therefore, no arrow from the enemy will strike you (Ep 6.16). The Almighty is like a wall of fire around you (Zc 2.5). You have a king over your life that is invincible in all the battles that He fights. Even now, He will enter in action, fighting in your favor, if you only use the Name of Jesus with faith and determination. Then, follow this teaching and make your power be exalted.
