And Samuel took a suckling lamb and offered it as a whole burnt offering to the Lord. Then Samuel cried out to the Lord for Israel, and the Lord answered him. 1 Samuel 7.9

The Philistines had no intention to “play around” with the Israelites. Their purpose was to exterminate them, since they were all together in Mizpah. The things that are a sign of success for the forces of darkness are in fact, total failure. Therefore, you should not fear the devil’s threats, but you should be firm in the Lord’s directives and follow them. Thus, our God will fulfill what He has said concerning you.

The enemy is always bad and does not deserve any credit. He is capable of doing a spouse think that someone in his life will make him truly fulfilled. Then, he leaves his other half and gets involved in a romance planned by Hell. Undoubtedly, this spirit will drag everything away from this person, for the devil’s desire is to lead him towards perdition. Whoever serves God rejects the evil one’s offer.

The Israelites felt the pressure of the moment and asked for Samuel’s intercession. The prophet already knew how to proceed in regards to that cause, for he sacrificed a small lamb, considered “innocent”, completely to the Lord. The prayer that you offer to God must come from a pure heart, out of words never used before.

When that man of God cried out, the Most High listened to Him. Today, He will do the same to everyone who opens their hearts in a difficult situation, praying with all of their strength and soul. As he prayed, Samuel moved the divine hand against his enemies. The clamor of he who believes in the Lord makes the Almighty enter in action and undo all the plans of the evil one. When God is in action, the enemy certainly retreats.

You can ask for your life, family, state, city, the whole country, or the whole world, if you feel the Most High’s direction to do so. However, do not cry out randomly, for it is necessary to have the revelation of the Word and know the Truth beforehand. We are ordered to preach the Gospel, and therefore, accomplish signs in the lives of those who believe. Whoever received a mission has the power to accomplish it.

It is impossible for the eternal Father not to respond to the prayers of people who follow His direction. He is the one who does the work, but it is necessary for someone from the “sheep pen” to offer to be used by Him. Samuel knew his position, and therefore, cried out to the Lord of Hosts in order to enter in action. Those who know the Savior are certain that He will honor them in all their attitudes.

Get things right with the Most High, and as you occupy your position in the Kingdom of Heaven, you will be rewarded by Him. He listens to those who do His will and become His servants, even before great dangers. The Lord needs you to be firm in the work that you have been determined, in order for Him to fulfill His promise.
