He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.  Psalm 23.3

The soul is undefinable for many people. Those who get closer to a definition say that our emotions and feelings can be found in it. Since it is an essential part of our being, the apostle Paul said that the soul, body, and spirit should be fully conserved for the return of our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Ts 5:23). Those who do not care about preserving it will have an enormous loss in the Great Judgment Day. Thus, why should you let your soul be without control?

As our Creator, the Lord is the only one who knows how to restore it, taking it from the pressure of temptation, for he knows how we work. Without His work, we are unable to face our trials with serenity and boldness; we may act like the lost, in turmoil because of the hardships in life. The moment in which a saved person needs to have peace is when the trials come.

When we are troubled, we cannot think properly or meditate in the Word. Thus, since we do not know what attitude will deliver us from doing wrong, we do not rebuke the enemy as we ought to. However, if we allow the Lord, He will come and bring us restoration. Then, we will be able to examine what the devil is trying to do with us, and through prayer defend ourselves from his attack. With the direction of the Most High, every case has a solution.

The divine righteousness has many possible ways, all in Jesus – if we walk on them, we will not be responsible for someone’s fall, and at the same time, we will please the Lord. It is necessary to feel where we should go in order to be in the Father’s presence. Trust Him, for He will help you choose what should be the path of each work you ought to do.

Let the Almighty guide you, for His ways are perfect, and only His guidance should be followed. If you follow His orientations, you will do well in all things. Being in communion with God is something of great worth. Now, how will you be able to listen in times of tribulation if you are in sin? The Lord is good to those who love Him; therefore, do love Him.

Whoever walks in the righteous path will not stumble, nor be ashamed and frustrated. However, those who despise this path will never do well in life. Even though they may try, they will never be able to get to the place where they should be. Without receiving the Most High’s good guidance and power to walk, you will certainly fail.

Whenever you do not know how to ask God for something, cry out for the Name of Jesus, for the Lord’s love for His Name will make Him answer your prayer. When Abraham stopped his request in ten righteous people, because he realized that there were none in Sodom, God destroyed the city (Genesis 18:32). But if he had asked God if He would have saved that city for the love of His Name, He would have probably said yes.

In Christ, with love,

God of righteous ways! We want to be restored by You, so that our souls might live in calm and peace. Then, we will serve You with joy, goodness of heart, and kindness of spirit.

Restore our souls so that we may not walk in the desires of the flesh or fall in transgression. We need to be guided by You in order to experience that all things cooperate for our good. Help us!

If our souls are troubled, they will be cared for, and will then serve You with entirety. Therefore, we will not be responsible for anyone’s downfall. Certainly, for Your Name’s sake, we will be answered. Thank You for loving and keeping us safe!
