And the fear of God was on all the kingdoms of those countries when they heard that the Lord had fought against the enemies of Israel. 2 Chronicles 20:29

It is good to remember the attitudes of Jehoshaphat and his people before the gathering of the nations that wished to defeat them. With this example, we realize the need to seek the Lord without accepting what seems to be our destruction. We have a certainty: the Most High takes care of His people with His power, and therefore nothing bad happens to them, but His will. There is no way that the enemy can reach those who take refuge in God, our Fortress.

After they had done as they were told, the descendants of David rejoiced. Then the kingdoms around, knowing the battle and the victory of the Lord in behalf of the Israelites, witnessed the divine hand over the seed of David and left them alone. When you are under some attack from the evil one, do not despair; be confident and declare that no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near you dwelling (Psalm 91:10). To God be the glory!

His victory has to be widely propagated in the spiritual world, because in this way the enemies will think twice before attacking you again. Be thankful to the Lord for what He has done for you, and if there is another ordeal, seek the face of God and pay attention to His counsels. You will certainly be helped, if your faith is in the Word; therefore, be firm and fearless, by not being carried away by the attacks of the enemy.

As they become known, the operations of the Most High in our behalf cause the demons feel scared and withdraw from us, because just by thinking of how much the Lord loves us, they become terrified and destroy each other. Those who fear evil will discover that their fear acts as an invitation to the forces of evil to attack them. Do not let fear enter your heart, but fill yourself with the faith of the true God.

Fulfill the will of the Father, and He will keep you in peace and quiet for many years. This way, you will enjoy times of peace and safety. Disruption in the life of the Christian may be a sign of lack of fellowship with the Lord. Those who are led by the Holy Spirit are children of God; but those who aren´t, live oppressed and defeated. The Lord is the Strength of the person who accomplishes His purpose, by keeping His commandments.

If you have had problems with the forces of darkness, to the point of living without peace and without the operations of the Lord, it is time to consecrate yourself to the Most High and start living. The children of God must be in fellowship with Him, for, not only will they not be disturbed by the devil, but will enjoy the promises made to the saved. Why should we live far from the light, if walking in the darkness causes us to stumble and be plagued with evil? Come, then, to the light of the Creator!

These events with the people of God serve as lessons for us to act correctly and not be defeated. Whoever loves the Lord becomes a collector of victories, and I believe that it´s not necessary to ask what kind of Christian you would like to be. However, remember this: only those who conquer are like Christ.
