06/01/2016 - THE RIGHTEOUSNESS THAT NEVER ENDS

The righteousness of Your testimonies is everlasting; give me understanding, and I shall live.  Psalm 119.144

Every saved person must understand that God expects more from His children than simply hearing them say that they are saved. He desires them to participate in His nature and His power. In order for this to truly happen, the Lord sent His testimony, so that the saved ones might understand what He says about the members of the Body of Christ and might enjoy His assistance. Every declaration of the Most High brings also His righteousness.

Jesus declared that man shall live by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God (Mt 4.4). Therefore, when He opens our understanding about something that is written, it is the Lord’s testimony in regards to what He prepared for us to live through His Word. We must believe in Him, because then, we will put in action the righteousness that is in the revelation. Thus, the divine power fulfills the promises of the Scriptures.

If every testimony of the Most High brings His righteousness, then the more He reveals to us what belongs to us, the better we will live. Now, if we doubt about what He says and do not claim what belongs to us, we will remain without the blessings. If we do not accept what the Omnipotent says, we will be rejecting the divine power to fight for us. Now, without the Lord’s help, we will be defeated.

The importance of being intelligent is great, because without it, we will not know what to do in order to put into practice what we heard. Then, the revelation will be practically worth nothing, for without the power of fire to fight the forces of evil or to take hold of what belongs to us, how can good happen to us? It will not! May God give us the intelligence we need to live as He desires.

When you understand the message and understand how to claim it, you can already consider the enemy’s work undone. The Lord would never tell us something that was not the complete truth. This was how the ancients achieved the promises, received the blessings and served God in an exemplary way. In the same way, we will please Him and see His glory in all our claims.

Therefore, we must pay attention to what the Lord tells us. After all, the righteousness of His testimonies is eternal. Thus, even if all Hell gathers to shame us and keep us captive, we must not fear its lies. On the contrary, we must remain firm in the faith, for in the end of it all, we will fill our mouths with laughter and will exult before the Lord. It is impossible for the Father to lie or not to respond to us if we come to Him by faith (Nm 23.19).

Whoever acts according to the Lord’s revelation will attain everything that He says. Yet whoever does not give Him proper attention will obtain nothing.
