For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6.23

The Biblical warnings, as well as the examples of people who suffered because of sin, must be taken very seriously. Many have suffered, and others are dead already, because they did not understand the Body of the Lord – His Word. Those who let themselves be deceived by temptations and do not repent are not forgiven by the Most High. Thus, as a consequence, they will not enter the Kingdom of God, and while they are here, they will be tormented. 

The Word talks about the dishonesty practiced by businessmen, but this does not give the employee the right to also act wrongly. The Bible declares that those who attained their riches in a dishonest way are corrupted, and their garments will be moth-eaten (James 5.2). Therefore, it is time for them to cry and mourn for their insane acts. Everything that is subtracted from others is a clamor before God that calls for justice, which will be done.

In His goodness, the Father allows man to be afflicted while he is here on Earth. The reason for such permission is so that he might be converted, leave his evil way, and is freed from the eternal condemnation that he might receive. God gives us the opportunity to keep His Word, so that we might escape the sufferings that will come, while there is no repentance, and also from eternal suffering.

There is a demon who is a specialist in trying to make people not obey what the Lord determined. This evil being makes these people rebel against the divine orders, making them stubbornly fight to assume a position that God has not given them. Those who do not submit to the Most High are equaled to the sorcerers, and those who fight are similar to the wicked and the idolaters, which will not inherit the Kingdom of God (Galatians 5.20,21).

The sin of adultery, for example, causes suffering to those who commit it. For the adulterous nothing works out well. Even if he has good conditions to live well, enjoy health and life. In the Law, the unfaithful to the marriage were stoned to death. Nowadays, those who fall in this mistake, but do not repent nor seek the spouse to confess and make things right, are stoned daily. The truth is that if they do not get fixed soon with the betrayed person and with the Lord, one day they will fall forever.

There are individuals that have not practiced the complete act, but have touched another person’s intimate parts, and what happens to them is that their spiritual hands are cut off. Without sincere repentance, even if the pray in the right way, they will no longer be heard, for they will not have the capacity to operate in the spiritual world anymore. However, if they want to be heard and used by God, they must seek for forgiveness, or else they will keep being “spiritually one-armed”.

We know that today there is a strong campaign against homophobia around the world. Without getting to the merit of the matter, which is very complex, my opinion is that no one should suffer for their options. However, the Word assures that when two people of the same sex sleep as if they were husband and wife, they will certainly die (Lv 20.13).
