You crown the year with Your goodness, and Your paths drip with abundance.  Psalm 65.11

Prophet Isaiah wrote about the year of the Lord’s goodness, and Jesus mentioned this revelation. This period started when the Son of God came to Earth. After reading the Book of the Law in Capernaum, Jesus said that in that day, the prophecy was being fulfilled. This time begins at the moment when the Word is revealed to you. Afterwards, you have access to the promises of the Most High.

The year of the divine goodness comes with the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Through Him, gifts are manifested in all kinds of wonders, and at the same time, God Himself becomes present in every battle. When a servant of the Most High, filled with power from high, starts preaching the Gospel, he is used by Christ like the Apostles were. The Father is with those who believe in Him.

In this pleasant year, the oppressed by evil spirits are set free; the sick are healed, and the poor receive the Good News of salvation. These miraculous signs prove that the Kingdom of God is not only about vain talk and is not based in human possibilities. In the moment when the Kingdom is announced, demons are expelled, the sick receive healing, and sinners are saved.

The Church needs to understand this gift from the divine goodness and act with determination so that a complete change may happen in the lives of the people of God. We have the authority from High to set free the oppressed, make people return to the Most High, and offer a new life in Jesus to the lost. We have the permission to represent Him and lead those who suffer to experience the Father’s goodness.

All the paths of the Lord drip with abundance. If they are well used, they will enlighten our understanding. Then, we will be able to fulfill the will of the Most High. This is what the people need in order to defeat the enemy and show that there is truly a difference between those who serve the Lord and the religious ones. Serving God means to be healed, delivered, forgiven, and blessed.

With the oil that comes from the Land of Promise, our spirit will be strengthened and we will have God’s strength. In this renewal, we will be able to take hold of everything that belongs to us in Christ. There is no reason why you should desire to have been born in the days of the Master or of the Apostles. Today, the anointing strengthens us, and we can do the same and even greater works than the Lord and His disciples did.

We do not need to wait for the fulfillment of promises for this to happen. If we do not do these wonders, they will not be a reality, and those who suffer will continue in the hands of the enemy. However, if we believe that God is with us as He was with our brethren in the past, we will make a difference. This is what the Almighty desires to His Church, in order for all to know His infinite power.
