Fury is not in Me. Who would set briers and thorns against Me in battle? I would go through them, I would burn them together. Isaiah 27.4

It is good news that there is no fury in the Lord against anyone, but against the practice of sin. Even if a person is buried in error he or she must not consider being under divine fury. The truth is rather different, because God’s furry is upon the devil (the author of sin) and loves the sinner (Proverbs 28.13). He is surely not against those who sin, but, on the contrary, against the father of lies (John 8.44).

In God there is only love, clemency, compassion, grace, mercy, forgiveness and salvation (Matthew 7.11; 2Peter 3.9). Those who draw near to Him must know that these virtues are always ready to be poured over their lives (Psalms 100.5). In the verse we are studying, the Most High refers to the rebellious Northern kingdom, the Israel of separation. Because they did not hear it, they went to exile never to come back again. Likewise those who do not hear Him today will never come back again.

Brambles and thorn bushes – plants that make more difficult the work of a farmer – must be brought before the Lord in prayer. Then He, the All Consuming Fire, will put an end to all that is disturbing you. With the Lord, the One who burns forever, evil will be destroyed. Therefore, bring before Him whatever is bothering you. Believe, because it will be done.

It is important for you to note and take action when, in prayer, you feel that God is blessing you or wants to bless you. Understand that He is at war and is ready to fight for you. This is the right moment to make the prayer of faith, for when the Lord intervenes the battle is over, and the time of peace comes. How about you go into spiritual warfare now? How? By praying.

You can rest assured of one thing: God, as a Man of war, will never run from the battle. He is always there for us, ready to help us and bring us victory. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Never fear Hell’s attacks or threats. Give yourself over to the most excellent Warrior, who will help you.

The Almighty promises to confuse your enemies. Take this divine opportunity to bring all that is bothering you before Him, who takes pleasure to fight for you. Now I ask you; why lose this matchless Ally? Now, when God is fighting your battles, you will never be defeated, and your battles will not drag for long periods of time.

Another important information is that the Lord will not burn evils separately, but all at the same time, and completely. Therefore, when He is burning an evil, another one will not be able to act in your life. He is perfect in all He does and, because of that, the enemy will never rise up to hurt you.
