08/05/2018 - THERE WAS NEVER LIFTED UP ANYONE LIKE HIM

But since then there has not arisen in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face. Deuteronomy 34:10

God’s choices are one hundred percent correct.  However, if the chosen people are led by the gift, riches or pride, they will hinder the heavenly plan and bring suffering and shame to everybody.  Just as there is suffering in the home where one betrays or is betrayed, there will be plenty of problems in God’s work if something similar occurs.  Keep in mind the case of Joseph in Egypt, who refused to sin (Genesis 39:8-12).

Wherever there is leadership – a region, a church or congregation – it is necessary to realize that nobody can take the place of the Holy Spirit.  Leaders cannot be taken or influenced by their spouse or allow that other people dictate the procedures, for the Holy Spirit will not remain where this happens.  The mission must be taken and executed with attention to the Word, never looking back or to what the devil may show.

Moses was lifted up as a prophet and only allowed himself to be corrected by his wife when in the case of the lack of circumcision of their son (Exodus 4:25, 26).  After this, he started to seek the Lord for everything, and there has never been a prophet like him in Israel at any time. It would be wonderful if the same could be said with regard to all the saved, if they were irreproachable and examples to sheep of the Lord.

Those that are righteous can desire a mission, because besides being a positive and healthy desire, they show they have fear in their hearts.  Nevertheless, only those who have proven to love the Almighty over and above anything or anybody must seek and command any portion of the divine task.  Do not hold title as a leader and do not allow your family and friends to do that either, unless strictly called upon by God.  Otherwise, this desire would be the worst kind of spiritual trash and, therefore, will have to be discarded.

The Almighty has His criteria for choosing someone, as He did with Jacob instead of Esau and with Moses, whom He knew face to face. Without the assistance of the Holy Spirit, man can make mistakes in all things that he chooses or decides to do.  Samuel was a true servant, but when he pointed out the chosen one for the throne of Israel, he was wrong because he was impressed by the beauty of Eliab (1 Samuel 16: 6, 7).

There is nothing worse than the leader, especially of the Lord’s mission, who does not fear Him.  It is better to be an anointed gatekeeper at the church, than to be anything the Almighty did not approve. Don’t allow campaigns for you to occupy a position of honor at the church.  The position chosen and given by the Almighty is the most honorable to occupy and no doubt He will honor you.  The Heavenly father does not give man the power to chose leaders.

It is obvious that we have to seek the fruits, but as for this, all one needs is to pray and God will show us the requirements to obtain His approval.  Moses had killed an Egyptian when defending a Hebrew from aggression (Exodus 2:12), but he spoke to God face to face.  Thus, he was chosen to lead the mission.  Moses always knew how to be a servant!

In Christ, with love,

God of the Harvest! When You speak into us, there is a confirmation, so we ask You to reveal to us Your decision.  This way the Church will continue to prosper and carry out Your purpose.  We cannot be influenced by human ideas.

The example of Your call is complete, for in Israel there never was lifted up a prophet like Moses.  He would surrender to You and sought You until he found You and never tired of admonishing the people concerning Your will, even though he was meek and gentle in spirit.

Show us people who have nothing to be ashamed and know how to carry out Your purpose, not falling into the hands of the enemy. Doing Your will is what matters.  Help us because we do not know how to carry out the mission.
