Furthermore the Lord said to him, “Now put your hand in your bosom.” And he put his hand in his bosom, and when he took it out, behold, his hand was leprous, like snow.  Exodus 4.6

Everything that God sends us is abundant; from the messages of healing, deliverance, and salvation to the signs that confirm the message. Therefore, it is good to prepare yourself to see His glory, for through the Gospel, we have direct access to the Father, and He will never cease attending us. The Biblical records prove that the Lord confirms the words of His servants by operating miracles with undeniable signs, even to those who consider themselves unbelievers. 

The Lord showed to His servant that he could count on another sign from Him, in case the people did not believe in the transformation of the rod in a serpent. Thus, Moses quickly put his hand in his bosom, and it became leprous. Imagine the quickness of God doing these things – it was an example of how He would act to help any person that goes through dangers. Centuries later, the Lord showed His greatness as He walked with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fire of the furnace in Babylon (see Daniel 3).

The Most High wanted Moses not to fear anyone, for if he obeyed the divine plan, he would not lack any special operations from God’s side. The same can happen to everyone who is saved in moments where it seems like there are no solutions. This is the way we must know the Almighty, walk with Him, and believe in His wonderful power. Thus, even if everything says the contrary, if we believe in the Most High, we won’t retrocede not even for one millimeter. 

When Moses put his hand in his bosom, it became leprous. However, when he put it back again, it became clean. It was as if the Lord said: “I can make whatever is necessary at any time”. The deliverer did not have to fear or be anxious when a seemingly impossible situation came to him. In our day-to-day life, we can count on God’s ability to deliver us, even if we are about to be hit by a missile.

Therefore, wherever you go, allow yourself to be used by the Most High. Do not believe in the lies of the enemy, even if apparently, there is no more time. The saved that is guided by the heavenly Father never gets late or too early. It is useless to complain and say that there is no solution and that it won’t work, and then do nothing. Truly, if we put our hand or take it out of our bosom, we will see the glory of God.

The Almighty has already given several proofs of His power of deliverance. How was it possible for David to participate in so many battles with swords, clubs, and other mortal weapons and never leave without an arm or wounded in any part? It was the Watchman of Israel who protected him and used him in a marvelous way. This is our God, the One who is Invincible in all battles, who is also with us. Halleluiah!

The Most High also said to Moses that if the children of Israel did not believe in any of those two signs, he could make the waters of the river be transformed in blood and be poured on dry land (v. 9). This is the lesson: do the work of the Lord, and if there is any threat against you, He will come in action.
