11/12/2013 - TWO SECRETS THAT DIDN’T CHANGE

“Keep justice, and do righteousness, for My salvation is about to come, and My righteousness to be revealed. Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; who keeps from defiling the Sabbath, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.” Isaiah 56:1,2

One of the gospel’s most wonderful news is that the devil was excluded from the position he had when he fooled Adam, our first father. Jesus said that the time had come for this world’s judgment, and because of that, the prince of this world would be expelled (Jo. 12:31); and this happened when our Lord was sacrificed. Today, Satan can’t invade your life and make you his slave anymore. This will only happen if you allow him to.

God has already judged the devil: he was condemned (Jo. 16:11); because of that, the malign one is in no conditions to rise up again. Those who accept Jesus as the Lord of their lives and surrender to Him have no reasons to fear the powers of darkness, because they have received the authority to defeat demons and the powers of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Our salvation is the ultimate truth.

Many Christians suffer unnecessarily because they haven’t been taught that the death of Christ freed them from all the oppression of hell. These Christians are often sick, and dominated by sins and other things; however, when they understand what belongs to them because of Christ, they start exerting the power that was conceded to them against the kingdom of darkness, and they receive the best from God.

As sons and daughters of God, we should make good use of our rights in Jesus. This way we shall be practicing our acts of justice. In eternity, we shall see the Lord Jesus vested in fine, clean and bright linen. This says a lot about us because fine linen are the just acts we practice (Rev. 19:8). So assume what belongs to you in the Lord.

On top of that, when we are born again, because we have accepted Christ as Savior and Lord of our lives, we become the justice of God. This was made by our Father, who never experienced sin and who made His own son become sin for our sake. This was done so that we would become His own justice (2 Cor. 5:21). We are not just sinners who were forgiven, but we are God’s justice in Christ Jesus, our Savior.

Do not give in to any kind of temptation. You are capable of releasing yourself from suffering. In Christ, God made you His justice; therefore, do not succumb to the pressures from hell. Rise up at this moment in the name of Jesus and assume your place in the Kingdom of Heaven. This way you shall see that whatever you ask for in the name of Jesus shall be fulfilled by the power of God.

In Christ, with love,

R. R. Soares
