These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. Matthew 15.8,9

Those who are not baptized in the Holy Spirit and do not live in holiness and communion with the Lord cannot honor Him as they ought to. Everything that is done without the divine direction does not reach the Most High; therefore, it is an unnecessary work. King David understood this and declared that his praise should come from the Lord in the great congregation (Ps 22.25). The Almighty knows that we all need His help to bless Him with wisdom.

Jesus said that if you honor God with your lips, but not with your heart, it is hypocrisy (Mt 15.7). Thus, He cannot accept this kind of praise. On the other hand, nobody needs to try to do their best in exalting the Lord, for He knows all things, and when we are willing to serve Him, He inspires us to praise Him. Praise is something we dedicate to God, but that also blesses us very much. The profit of blessing the Lord is much greater than we think.

It does much good to have your heart close to the Most High, because then you will not be struck by the enemy nor touched by his temptations. When the devil prepares an attack against our plans and the lives of our relatives, God undoes his entire project. With the heavenly Father, we will never be reached by the arrows from hell. However, many times, we lack seeking more of Him in order to live closer to Him.

Whenever our heart is besides the Lord, He will guide us in everything. Then, He will give us of what is best from Him, will protect us from evil, and will even make us know His plans. What the Most High has planned that we may fulfill in this life – if we understand and accomplish it – will fill us with blessings. Since King David knew of the importance of living at the door of the house of the Lord, he strived and prayed so that it would happen to him.

Why should you honor the Lord in vain? Do religious people like to be deceived? The problem with the religious people is more serious than we can imagine. Faith that does not originate in the Word of God is like the wisdom of this world, which is earthly and diabolic. In order to live near the Most High, it is not necessary to follow the rules of religions, or kill yourself with fasting and prayer. It is enough only to fulfill the commandments that are revealed to you.

How many people consecrate themselves to so many rituals, leaving father and mother, renouncing marriage, the professional career in order to join some kind of religious philosophy? These people did not learn this with the Master, for besides these things not being written in Scriptures, they are also diabolic. Then, after the years of youth are gone, they notice that they did not enjoy of the good things in the world nor accomplished the divine will.

If you accepted human precepts, submitted to them and taught them, you wasted your time. Nobody will be rewarded for anything that they do outside of God’s plans, and worse – some will even be punished. He who does, enjoys, or preaches anything that may not come from the Lord, but from the enemy – whether consciously or not – will suffer very much.

In Christ, with love,

Omnipotent Lord! How many people are deceiving themselves completely with what they think that is a mission coming from You. They are groping in the darkness, for whatever is not biblical has nothing to do with Your commandments, and is diabolic.

May all who teach the doctrines of men repent and assume the mercy that You give. If they insist in their deceiving practices, they will be gathering wrath over themselves, and thus, will not be forgiven.

Help those who are deceived or far away from the Truth to get things right with You, obeying Your blessed Word. May these people respect You and never do what does not please You. Those who become part of Your people will live victoriously!
