30/04/2016 - WHAT GOD IS SEEKING IN MANKIND

The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.     Psalm 14:2

In the days of David the Lord looked down to mankind in order to find someone who sought Him and who had understanding; however, in the Law of Moses, this is impossible to be found. Today, nobody will find excuses to not have these two virtues, for, once they have been washed in the blood of Jesus and baptized in the waters and the Holy Spirit, the man is fulfilled. Everyone must be fulfilled and complete in the faith in Christ.

Nothing good will happen to those that are saved but are careless. Over in the world of perfection, the Lord God seeks those that know what belongs to them in Christ and know how to do His work. However, many people do not make an effort to commit themselves to receive this gift. Due to this lack of zeal the live poorly. To give a bad testimony of the faith in Jesus might incriminate them forever.

We must live in such a way that when the Lord looks to see who has understanding, He will find in us what He is looking for; otherwise, He will go by us without blessing us. Many people say they are saved, but they don’t behave in conformity. It is unacceptable for a child of God to live full of problems and defeats, because that is not part of the abundant life.

Just like Jabez who was more honorable than his brothers (1 Chronicles 4:9), we must also seek God until we find Him. This was exactly what Jesus told us in the parable of the unjust judge, where a persistent widow did not leave him at peace until she received the judgment she needed (Luke 18:1-7). It does not matter how many times you must go to church, or how many hours you spend praying and reading the Bible, pay the price and win.

It would be good if all Christians were people with understanding, who don’t fold before any attack of the enemy and do that which is necessary so they don’t come out empty handed. Thus, the Most High, who is the just Judge, would do justice to the claim of those who truly seek Him. Begin right now your deliverance, by seeking the Lord in the Scriptures and in prayer until you find Him indeed.

When you see that you achieved the understanding and His presence, most assuredly, the Most High will pour out His blessings over your life and your ministry. Don’t live like the cattle on the pasture that just wants to eat the green grass and then ruminate it. Be the joy of the Lord, be filled with the understanding that comes from on High and begin to enjoy from all the things He has in store for those who serve and love Him. With Jesus, your life will change for the better.

At this very moment God is looking at the decision you are about to take. When you understand who He is and what He can do in your favor, you will become the person He always wished to find amongst men; someone who is willing to serve Him wholeheartedly and obey Him in all things. Today is the beginning of your complete deliverance. What do you say?

In Christ, with love,

Beloved Father! You are looking for people who have understanding and who seek You, but, without Your help, they will fail to come to good terms. Therefore, we ask for Your guidance, because we don’t want to waste anything that You have prepared for us.

We cry out for Your forgiveness because we didn’t give the due value to what You say in the Word. Because of this lack of consideration we are facing problems and suffering as well. However, if You help us and if You give us the understanding, we will please You and praise You.

We know that this understanding comes from Your mouth; therefore, talk to us every time we are reading the Word or listening to the preaching of the Word. Thus, we will seek You the right way, and then, we will be Your joy and Your delight. Thank You!
