My tongue also shall talk of Your righteousness all the day long; for they are confounded, for they are brought to shame who seek my hurt. Psalm 71:24

The secret of victory is to talk about His righteousness all day long. We cannot wait for evil to happen to start confessing what Christ has done for us. The best thing for us is to always guide ourselves with the Scriptures, and face the attack of the devil with the certainty of what the Lord declares that we are in Jesus. As we talk about what has already been given to us, we paralyze the evil assaults.

Through the death of Jesus – the Innocent One who took our place – our debt has been erased. He was nailed to the cross and paid all our debts. Thus, we must always remember this fact and confess it whenever there is any sign of the devil’s attempts. As witnesses of the Truth, we cannot be taken away by the enemy’s lies. After all, the righteousness of God has freed us from the law of sin and death (Rm 8:2).

All the demons that are sent to tempt you come filled with confusion. They ask themselves: “How will we strike he who is firmed in the eternal Rock?” Yet if you do not say that you are in Christ Jesus and confess one of the lies of Satan, this confusion will immediately leave the evil spirit’s mind and will settle upon you. Never exchange a blessing for a curse!

Never forget that the enemy is filled with confusion. He knows that you have authority over him. Thus, if you let escape any negative confession, Satan will rejoice. Whenever you speak what he puts on your mouth, you descend from your position of authority to be a servant of the deceiver. Never confess the opposite to what the Word of the Lord says about you!

Even if your mind does not understand some things that happen in your life, make your tongue naturally speak about the righteousness of God, for it is the truth. Now, the Bible affirms that he who speaks truth declares righteousness (Pv 12:17). Thus, everything that the devil wants is for the divine righteousness not to be revealed in you, so that he may keep oppressing, stealing, killing, and destroying (Jo 10:10).

Be assured that the enemy is already confused and ashamed. However, if when he attacks you and you take away his mask and consider him a winner, you will give him the place of lordship in your life. On the other hand, those who confess what the holy Book of God says will not be preys in the hands of the destroyer. What will you do from now on? Will you keep confessing lies our will you give voice to the Truth?
