You shall follow what is altogether just, that you may live and inherit the land which the Lord your God is giving you.  Deuteronomy 16:20

All people, no matter where they were born or what language they speak, are equal. Therefore, when they are provoked, they have impulses that lead them to do certain things when they regret later on. This is human nature. Unfortunately, although many people have gone through the new birth, they still hold these impulses. Resist these feelings that arise in a moment of provocation. Obey the Lord God.

Since we know of the reactions that some people had in similar situations we went through, without realizing, we also act wrongly. We are led to act similarly, and later on, we see that we have erred. The children of God must stay alert in order not to do what the flesh teaches them before very provoking circumstances. Sometimes, certain things happen to us to try to move us away from the Lord.

It is necessary to say no to all things that come from man, especially when someone offends us or causes us great harm. If we act like everybody else, when we least expect, we will be obeying the devil. Now, we only have one Lord and we owe Him complete faithfulness. Then, when you hear something unpleasant, pray and ask God for guidance, so that you remain in the holy presence of the Most High.

Never follow wrath, hatred, envy and temptation, for, in many cases, even those people you are helping can be used to get you out of the presence of God. Even if temptation has already bewitched you, pray to the Lord so that the enemy does not imprison you, because that is his greatest intent. Take the best decision: remain a servant of God.

There is nothing more important to do than to follow the justice from on High – the biblical orientations. Thus, you will not be contaminated by the adversary nor will you have your conscious disturbed for doing what you shouldn´t have. Those who don’t sin continue connected to God. Consequently, they enjoy the life in the New Land – the Gospel. The Father wants you to enjoy His best; you just have to listen to His directions and follow them.

There are many people who claim to be evangelical, but they don’t see a real transformation in their life. For these people things are always bad, for they never improve in life. Now, the verse we are studying teaches us to enjoy what God has for us.  Thus, if we follow His directions, we will enjoy of the goods of the Promised Land.

The purpose of the Lord in instructing us to do His will is so that we take possession of the land which He gave us. Since He is our God, we can believe that His want in unchanging in relation to what we were promised in the Scriptures. Thus, we can rest in His eternal arms. To Him be all glory!

In Christ, with love,

Lord! We want to follow Your justice so that we never stumble nor give the enemy access to our soul. Thus, not only we will please You, but we will also fulfill ourselves in Your beautiful arms.

We want to flee from the impulses of the flesh, of vengeance and of the sinful desires and follow You. Then, we will live what the New Land – the Gospel – has for us and we will resist temptations. Thank You for keeping us safe from the evil one.

You are our God, and this comforts us. You have promised to keep us from evil and use us to deliver those who are in sin. That is why we ask for the outpouring of the promised anointing and we give You thanks for all things.
