“Now I will rise,” says the LORD; “Now I will be exalted, Now I will lift Myself up.

Isaiah 33:10

The errors the sons of Israel committed, along with their lack of repentance, caused the Lord to allow the enemy to oppress them. This is how problems occur. People relax to the point where they don’t seek the Word of God anymore. They never read the Bible, and when they do, they don’t want to learn; they pray but they don’t want to be heard. Many people just express words so that their conscience will feel lighter.

The enemies of the people of God betrayed Him, and the Lord said they’d suffer the same back. The Lord most high feels betrayed by His people when they have time to watch movies and go out, but they can never find time to seek His face, open their hearts and make things right with Him. Those who don’t do that live away from the divine presence, and for this reason they cannot be heard.

The truth is that our God is love (1 Jo. 4:16), and for this reason, He listens when His sons and daughters cry for mercy and place their trust in Him. Therefore, start doing this from now on, and in little time, you will notice that the Lord has been helping you a lot. The more you place yourself before His presence, the more you shall receive from His hands. What retains the Heavenly Father from operating in our lives is our lack of sanctification.

It is hard to understand people that forget their Creator. Why would people walk away from the Word if they know that by doing this, they are allowing diabolic operation? When we act according to what the Lord shows us, we are walking a way that was created just for us, and the enemy can’t touch us. Under the divine plan, we walk and act according to what God Himself would do if He were in our place.

The moment the people of God decide to cry out, the Lord most high brings stability, abundant salvation, wisdom and knowledge, and the fear of the Lord becomes the treasure of His chosen people. These are wonderful days, when the people and their Creator are in complete communion, friendship and love. When this happens, all fear is swept away, trust becomes strong, prayers become enjoyable, and at the same time, they are answered. There is nothing better than walking with our Father.

The Lord promises to arise. However, it is not man who will say words that will make Him stand up, for no man has the power to do that. God warns us that He Himself shall arise. We don’t know how this will happen, but when it happens, we will know it, and the time for the Lord to arise shall come – in other words, we shall receive complete victory, for the work that shall be done.
