And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. But rather fear Him who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.  Matthew 10:28

To be healed, first it is necessary that the fear of God and the respect for His Word, make you remove from your heart that which contaminates you. When you come close to the Lord you must cleanse yourself from bad thoughts, deaths, adulteries, prostitution, false testimonies and blasphemes. Otherwise, these evils will put you under the enemy´s command, which will have the freedom to do whatever he wants in order to destroy your life. 

After healing a paralytic man near the Bethesda pool, and when meeting him at the temple, Jesus told him to move on and lie no more. Now, the person who commits any error and hides themself is sinning just as much as the person who lies about what they did. The sinner cannot justify the mistake and remain in the presence of God, for only those that confess and turn from such wicked ways will achieve mercy (2 Chro 7:14). 

Those who don’t go through the process of repentance – feel guilty for the sin, confess what they have done and abandon the spirit of error that caused them to fall into temptation – , are receiving Satan´s lordship over their life. When the person insists in lying, even if they remain calling the Savior as: Lord, Lord!, they will never receive divine favor. When they fall in transgression, you are disconnected from God, and if you don’t repent, and turn back to Him, your fate will be sad. 

The Master was very clear when He said that we will only receive answer to our prayers, if we are in Him and He is in us (John 15:7).  How can someone be in Christ, if they have the courage to act contrary to the Word, and after they feed themselves, “clean” their mouth, they deny that they committed such sin? Such act proves that this person is dominated by the spirit of prostitution. Those who belong to God, even if they harm themselves, they do not deny the truth, but those who hide their error are surely not in Christ. 

The fear of the the Lord increases our days, but the lack of it shortens our years. The person who covers up their transgression will never prosper, but those that confess it and give up doing it, experience the Lord´s mercy (Prov. 28:13). Therefore, those who had the courage to sin must pray and have the same inclination to confess it. When they obey the demon, they become his servant, and the evil one will do everything so that the sinner does not make amends with the person they offended and so that they don’t receive forgiveness. 

When a child of God commits an error, they are following other gods, which is abominable before the eyes of the Lord. The world is full of demons that dominate people, and those who submit themselves to their temptations fall into transgression. The only way of getting rid of this is to follow the way of sanctification. It does not matter the price to be paid to get out from under the lordship of Satan; get out now, for it is worth living completely free! 

You will win the battle of sanctification when you don’t fear those who kill the body and cannot kill the soul. Those who hide their sin do not fear the Lord and don’t care about spending eternity in Hell. Be wise, because it is better to be ashamed for about half an hour than burn in fire for all your life. The prodigal son decided to rise up, look for his father and confess the truth. What about you? Your decision will guide your future.
