15/05/2014 - WHY ARE YOU IN A HURRY?

And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon  him, and a light shined in the prison: and the smote Peter on the side, raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly! And his chains fell off from his hands. Acts 12:7

The church in Jerusalem, didn’t accept the fact that Peter continued in jail and also had the same destiny as James that was killed by Herodes. The church used the best weapon that God’s people can use: prayer, and because of this they got the divine answer. Then,  as soon as the angel of the Lord showed up, the light shined in the prison. After this, the heavenly messenger touched the apostle, waking him up, and telling him to raise himself quickly. Then the  handcuffs fell down from his hands.

The Almighty has so many ways to make his will be done, but He always needs to use us as his instruments, because if the church doesn’t speak up or consent, the Lord can’t work. He just took the people out from the Egypt because Moses accepted that mission and represented Him before the Pharao. The drought was brought to Israel like punishment for Acabe’s impiety, because of the answer Elijah gave him. If we are  obedient, in our days God will work.

There is no doubt, that we have a responsibility for the increase of criminality in our generation. The violence only freely takes place because we haven’t understood that all the people that have been destroyed by drugs, for example, are very important to God and because of this they must be reached through the message of Jesus. Sin  has entered the lives of many of God’s servants, just because we don’t preach the gospel like we should do.

All those who are sent by the Lord always take light into the prisons, and the devil can’t stop those who walk under this divine authority. This way, even if the nation is under the power of demons, if the person received the mission to open his mouth the time of the kingdom of darkness in that country will come to an end in no time. That’s why when God works in our favor, we need to stand up really fast, because the Almighty will make the handcuffs fall down.

Thus, be aware in order to wake up with any touch from God’s anointed one. All those who are awake just need to stand themselves up really quick. The Lord will never send anybody to do His work without giving them ability; then, with the green light, the Father, himself, will go in front of you making sure  that the doors remain open until His work be done the way He has determined.

Therefore, don’t be afraid and never let anything stop you from doing what you were called to do. The Almighty knows exactly why He called you to accomplish His commandments. The light that will shine in so many prisons that have kept innocent people under the authority of the king of the evil, will make any kind of handcuffs fall down, no matter how strong they are, they will fall. So, when you understand the divine message, stand up quickly, because God will already be working in your favor.
